problems entering into battles

this thing just started to happen again today had it in past and tanki resolved this issue now its back again . also when opening up account flash down load keeps popping up and yet I already have it in my system , not sure why it continues .if tanki needs the original will give it to them any time, numbers partly removed due to possible hacker last time i gave full version .

I click it and it does not open.

 

I can play through the browser though.

Thank boys but had that done in the past two weeks due to a hacker and had to change all my passwords on every account I own .so I'm up to date with all the things your suggesting , this happened before and it ended up being cleared up with tanki and its been a about a month since the last time.
