if i buy a striker m3 protection module will my m4 titan using DA survive a striker strike with booster drone ?

Actually nothing can endure against booster drone :/

m3 won't be enough... if you upgrade it to m4 then you can... unless he uses cyclone/uranus

can anyone help me?, I currently got m1 smoky with m1 titan so should I micro upgrade titan to m2 or smoky to m2???

or should i buy some other kit or wait for m2 kits??? please help

Do NOT buy any other m1 kits.

 

If you like smoky - upgrade it as fast as you can - without speed-ups.  Last 1/2 steps should all be done on sales.

Also upgrade Titan as well, but I would make smoky priority for MUs.

 

Target an m2 kit only if it is different from your Titan/smoky combo.  Medium hull and closer range turret would be good.

Nope, it's the best. With DD you can one-shot anything on the battlefield without protections.

Flat M3 damage, provided you use DD, is 1324. With the rapid-fire alt, you get three shots, so a total of 3972 damage. With M4, the total is 4500, so somewhere in between. 

So, a shaft with that alt can one-shot anything on the battlefield OF ITS OWN MODIFICATION. That was my mistake,I left that part out.

That's at point-blank range obviously. It decreases fast.

Well, it is with DD, and the reload is the whole tank of energy. BUT, yes, it is the best. I am not using it, though. Can you guess why?

Because I like sniping while having a low arcade reload time. I prefer using Stock Shaft over Rapid-Fire Mode. They have comparable stats for reload and I just prefer the former. 

 

Edit: Also, Duplet does 4,000 damage in 0.27 seconds while Shaft does it in 1.5 seconds. That's a big difference. Also, Hammer has great impact force which is strengthened by one shot being back up by another 0.27 seconds later. Shaft's arcade shot barely has any punch in it.

Not a clue...   Your rank is too low.  Wonder what you will buy when you reach... Colonel...

0.27 or 1.5 seconds... when you're relatively close, not a lot of options for target.

Sure you might get an RK off... and then?

The way these alterations make a turret better borders on stupidity...

Instead they give a tiny nerf to overall reload of aspect they just buffed.

Haha, again, players count the seconds wrong. Your first shot is already loaded so it only takes 3 seconds for M4 haft to shoot 3 shots; just like M4 Duplet takes 0.27 seconds to unravel both shots and not 0.54.

You mean like it really only takes triple-shot 1 second to fire 3 shots... since..."the first shot is already loaded"

what if I use booster drone??

Assuming you have M2 Shaft, your total damage with fully MUed Booster drone and DD at the closest possible range will be 3216 - for one arcade shot. No you did not hear that wrong. ONE ARCADE SHOT. Which means that you could, in 1 second, kill three Mammoth M2s all in a row if they had no protection or DA. Oh, and yes, it would leave M3 (the modification above) Mammoth with 13 hp. That's one arcade shot though, so make that 9648. But don't forget, this is M2. So that means that if you could get Booster drone fully MUed all you have to do is pretend you're teaming with the Juggernaut, wait for an overdrive (M3 JGR overdrive gives 8235 hp) then sidle up to the JGR and take him out in one second. I'm not joking, with that alt and fully MUed booster drone you can kill the JGR in 1 second if it's already used an Overdrive. Satisfied?

 

To get other modifications' damages, check https://en.tankiwiki.com/Shaft and multiply the Maximum Arcade Damage (that happens when you're right next to them) by 12. That's how much damage you get. Remember, though, it's only available at Brigadier. And you have to fully MU it :)

Ok. I'm stuck.

Check my account and then read ahead. 

All I have is Smoky M2 and a Viking M1.7 and Dolphin M1.3 and remaining all M0 except Fire M1.

I have 100-120 Repairs and remaining all supplies above 600 (including batteries)

I'm saving Weekly Containers but have only 8 yet.

I'm thinking of starting again but it'll be a drag.

And I don't know what to do ahead. 

Go for a single M2 and MU it to M3.(Freeze M2-->M3)

Go for an M2 kit and MU it to M3. ( Tornado, Juggler, Simoom,etc)

Also I want to buy a kit before Third Lieutenant. 

I won't be much active from May. 

I really want Tornado Kit but it is goddammed costly.

Also I like only Thunder, Smoky, Firebird, Ricochet, Railgun and Freeze in turrets and Viking, Hunter, Hornet and Wasp in hulls.

 

Now please help me. :D Any help appreciated.
