Tankers that may want to help other tankers in increasing their crystals or Supplies but cant should be changed!

I Think Tankers Should be able to Give other Tanker`s crystals and supplies if they want to help them because they might be struggling in game and most people like this just end up quiting so to prevent this you can make this update , Also i don`t want the game to be ruined by people transfering their stuff from their different accounts  therfore ofcourse their should be rules & regulations and also limits. Tanker`s Should not be allowed to exchange if  they accounts are linked to the same IP Adress which means players cant help themselves or it will be unfair and a stupid update. I Reckon Tanker`s should be able to hand out a maximum of 10k crystals a week and 50 of each supplies a week. This is my idea you may build on it or take this idea as a draft and make it better but hopefully some sort of help from tanker to tanker is put in the game or a trading system, Thanks for your time.

This won't ever happen due to the negative impact it would have on the game's economy. IP addresses can't be used to prevent transfer of items between accounts of the same player due to the fact that it's way too easy to change your IP, not to mention that for a lot of players it changes automatically. It's a good idea, but it can't be implemented.
