Spamming won't really help. Posting once is sufficient. For your problem I would suggest you to clear your cache.

• Clearing cache of Tanki Official Client 
• Clearing cache of browsers

Now, it can also happen due to the speed of your internet at times. So closing any other applications that might be running and consuming internet may help.

If that still doesn't work it's probably lag-related issues. And once again to prevent any future problems please remember that if you will not get a ticket in a few days, it is because sometimes for some players, in Chrome and Opera the link for the confirmation link (after filling any form) doesn't work on these 2 browsers making it impossible for you to get a ticket number.
