Add a "boss" enemy

Like in Diep.io, a random boss spawns and you have to defeat it. 

  • The boss will have Mammoth and Thunder XT M3 (with splash and self damage), green paint,  and 35% protection against every turret, except for mines.
  • The boss has a 0.001% chance of spawning 
  • When the boss has spawned, a notification; "The boss has spawned!" will appear and the SFX will be a altered Gold Box siren.
  • It has 6000 hp and deals 1000-1500 damage. 
  • The boss only spawns in Non-PRO battles.
  • It gives out 500 EXP to all tankers who helped damage the boss, and 1000-1500 crystals to the lucky tanker who destroyed the boss.
  • When the boss is destroyed, a notification; "The boss was killed by <player-name> and he has received <number-of-crystals> crystals" will appear.
  • Example: The boss was killed by whackiuis and he has received 1250 crystals.
  • When it is destroyed, there is a 20% chance that it will drop 1 gold box worth 3,000 crystals.

This is similar to the existing Godmode_ON account. I like the idea of having a boss battle - I mentioned it before in this topic, although what you suggest seems like a rather boring implementation of it. Would be more exciting if the "boss" had interesting attack patterns, special abilities, perhaps even minions? In fact, it would be much more suitable as a separate game mode, since I wouldn't want results of standard battles to get compromised by this random boss battle event.

 

Also, developers like to advertise this game as "exclusively player vs player", so they don't want to add any AI opponents to the game.

AI won't really fit in the game, we already have Godmode_ON for this purpose. Basically what Maf said :p

Exactly what I was thinking. The only problem is that this idea is way too specific and most ideas that require this amount of probability don't get implemented.

What's the point in Tanki making this guy if he only appears once in 1000 battles? The odds are too improbable and I doubt Tanki would go to such lengths for an idea that is too rare. Godmode was a physical player and was back when Staff weren't rolling out updates weekly nor converting a whole game to HTML5.

Wow someone also plays Diep.io! I think that the equipment should be scaled to the ranks (e.g. M1/M1 at WO2), and it should be like 0.01% (the same as gold box).

Seems like a good idea. Not sure about the specifics of your implenting it but a boss would be cool.

 

Always wanted tanki to add AI units to be honest, especially if it takes a team to kill them.

For each players there should be a special type of weekly mission that involves players to fight in a dual random battle. That is a weekly boss battle.

 

To win the weekly boss battle, you must kill your boss enemy tank.

 

Here are my suggested boss battle rules:

 

1. Only 1 kill to win.

 

2. The enemy boss tank has 1 million HP.

 

3. No supplies or gold boxes allowed. All supplies are disabled.

 

4. No protection modules. All protection modules are disabled.

 

5. Only 1 round.

 

6. Destroy the boss tank before the battle ends.

 

7. Boss battle time - 15 minutes.

 

8. Time tokens. Collect time tokens on the ground to extend your battle time by 1 minute. Time tokens give +1 minute of battle time.

 

9. If the boss kills you, you re-spawn.

 

10. You lose the boss battle if you don't manage to destroy the boss tank before the battle time runs out.

 

11. If the boss tank flips over, he automatically self destructs and you automatically win.

 

12. The boss tank can change turret, hull whenever he wants too. He can be any tank he want to. No turret or hull restrictions.

 

13. The player who wins (kills the boss) earns 10,000 crystals.

 

In addition to the normal battle we have every day, it is a good idea to have a weekly boss battle for every tanker, just like weekly mission chains in daily missions.

 

For players to have a weekly boss battle, they must play and win at least 1 normal battle per day. The battle can be any type such as DM, TDM, CTF or CP.

 

For the boss battle to be unlocked at the end of the 7 days, the player must play and win at least 1 battle per day. There is a daily chain of 7 days until the final boss battle of the week.

 

Please accept and consider my idea to be implemented into Tanki Online.

I disagree with the boss battles. My idea is that we introduce a game mode in which it is called Protect The VIP which means that there is one player in the team and you have to protect that player whilst having to kill the enemy's VIP in order to win the game. Specific amount of crystals can be distributed amongst players in the team.

It would be nice if boss battles were added to Tanki. (sort of like Godmode_ON). My brother has many accs, and on his first one (joshi2000) he met Godmode_ON. He says it is really fun especially with the Gold Boxes. But Godmode_ON does not play anymore :(. Maybe random boss battles could be added. The "boss" would have 100X normal hp and no protection. His equipment would be random, but he would never use mammy/titan + close range weapon except on island possibly. If he was in a team battle he would be on neither team, and anyone could damage him. His healthbar would be visible to anybody.

TRANSFORMER!!

 

i have an idea to do the transformer suplise.it will be so nice.every 7 minits

you can transmorm your tank with another guy who has that suplise too.Its like

the star but the transformer suplise cost 7 minits.

when the tankers transform the tanker will be likea body with two heads one down,one up.

and the can control they turrets but the will controll that guy that have do the invite.

its like you do a friend to come to your battle but you press tab and you see who have star and you invite him.

its nice for me.

This suplise can stay 1 minit.

There should be a Godmode Account that people can buy or get it in Missions.

 

With the Godmode Account you'll get battle passes where you can do Godmode.

 

When you activate it all your equipment will be Micro Upgraded and you'll automatically get a Spectrum Module of 90% protection or so.

 

All in Standard battles where there in be a new mode based on TDM, Just one extra button in Matchmaking: GvsTDM.

 

One or more Gold Boxes will drop when the Godmode is killed.

 

A Godmode can win a battle if he/she manages to kill a certain number of tanks, and the team can win when they manage to kill the Godmode a certain number of times. Could be 100 kills vs 5 kills.

Again, this a cooperative game of simulated armored combat, not street fighter.  We don't need tom foolery and and more issues.  "bosses" already exist, they are called buyers clubs and we don't need anymore munchkin/noob bull to permeate this game.
