If using the official TO client: How to clear cache of Tanki Online client

 

It could also be an issue with your internet connection, make sure that its working properly.

From the screenshot you have given, I would say to restart your router or modem, that usually fixes the problem.

As Dark already mentioned, it fixes some of the errors some players get, you can write anything you want before tankionline.com so for example your nickname perhaps or even numbers, anything you like or want. Awesomepeter.tankionline.com is a personalized link. ;)

Its not tanki's fault.I had the same problem.In fact I have faced the problem 3-4 times in total.All I had to do call my internet provider and tell them "tanki' site is loading slowly.So they may check all the ports.This happens due to ports getting closed.there are like 4-5 ports need to be open for proper connectivity.If more than less port required is open then the site will load but won't load as fast as it suppose to .This will cause lag,sometime not loading the game and disconnection during loading ,sudden kick in battle etc.

 

Give me feedback.Its the only way if above mentioned solution didn't worked.

They do or they are doing but currently their main focus is on the new mach making system as well as moving TO from Flash to HTML5. :)
