I was waiting for the "Box Collector" event today at UTC+0 19:00 on the FB page for around an hour waiting for the link to Group 2 to be posted, once it was finally posted and i got to refresh my FB page i copied the link as soon as I could since i run the Adobe Flash Player client to play and sent a private message to my self. As soon as I clicked the battle link I saw someone who posted the battle link (Which is forbidden and against the rules) and the battle was filled up within a matter of mil-seconds. I was pissed off so much by the fact that people who hasn't been waiting ages for the battle link to take part in the event could simply enter the battle just like that with no efforts.

My suggestion is that whenever the Group links are about to be posted, the Event Organizers could stop the chat so no one could post it and once the battle is full, they could unstop it.

Event admins do not have the power to stop the chat, and I don't think it's such a big deal that a chat stop is required to make it "fair". If you weren't fast enough - tough luck. Get better at copy-pasting links :)

Gotta agree with Maf here. A whole chat stop would be unfit and far too dramatic. They'd have to stop the chats on every server, because really the guy could post it anywhere, or at least EU1 and the server the event is being held on. The team stops the chats in extreme cases only. It isn't a preferable option to handling situations, it's more of a last resort. Lastly, how would you get into the battle then? There are other methods of getting to the battle, but you won't be able to use your current one (messaging the link to yourself).
