I understand why the developers don't want to give the ability to send crystals: you create a new account, automatically get a few hundred crystals, and than send it to a higher rank account.Or you send a thousand crystals, which isn't a lot for a high rank, to a low rank.

 

Therefore, the way it should work is that after you reach a certain rank, say, Warrant Officer 1, you can send crystals, with a tax, say 25% to 50%, that will be deducted from your account when you send crystals.  You should only be allowed to send crystals to ranks you can play in battles with.

 

These are just ideas, if any part won't work, it can be changed.

There are also other scenarios.

There are a lot of players that have a full garage, and that don't care if they gift 100k of crystals to an other player. And even if this player would only receive 50k (because of your tax idea), then it would still interfere a lot with Tanki's income.

 

One of the reasons why there are sales, is that some players always lack crystals to purchase their dream thing before a sale. So those a tempted to make a small purchase for real money, to get the last 20k or 30k which they need, in order to participate of that "soo awesome -40% deal that is only available for 2 days, before they have to wait another 3 months".

 

Almost any proposal that allows to transfer crystals, that were not purchased by money, interferes with that.

True. so it should work that you can only send to players within around 3 ranks of your own, because the guys flowing with cash are on the top ranks, and others on the top ranks will have no need for them as well.

Even me, as a free player, had times when my crystal balance was 400k at Major (, at aprox. 600k xp points). Given the purchase plans I had back then, I could have given 100k easily.

Sorry, but your idea does no good to the game.

 

The gift of free earned crystals to someone else will not come (except someone has a genious concept.. but noone had in the last 8 years. But never say never). On the other hand the gift of purchased crystals or even purchased gear are ideas under review (but ok, the developer task list is long and other things have a higher priority).

This idea has been rejected many times by my close friend Seymon Kirov. My close friend said that if your account were to be hacked you would not like it if someone transferred all your crystals to their account.

                           I am writing this note to persuade the admins and developers to make a feature in which we can send and request crystals from friendly accounts. It will be very usefull for the game. More people will play this awesome game.

                                I hope you liked my suggestion and soon there will be a feature which will enable us to send and request crystals from friendly accounts.
