That actually depends on Developers solely, addition of new paints, event-related paints or any paint in general. We don't have any say in that matter

A Stealth Paint (Chameleon)

 

Color: it mirrors the background but warps towards the edges giving away the silhouette unless the tank is motionless.

Pros: you cannot be locked on from Striker, Gauss, Juggernaut, or Scorpion. You cannot be detected by Hornet's overdrive. You will not be outlined by regular targeting while motionless.

Cons: all your modules are neutralized while wearing this paint. The only protection you will have is your hit points and armor supply. Your hull's speed is cut a good percentage.

This is not a paint, but there was no section for skins so I decided to post here. 

BR Skin (Buyer Skin), a skin for all turrets and hulls. Every time someone purchases something in the shop for Tankoins, they will receive 1 Buyer Container. Buyer Containers give a random BR Skin, similar to a skin container.

I think we should have a reward system for the amount of paints we get. For example, you reach 10 legendary paints and earn 5 normal containers or 50 tankcoins or something. You could do this for all rarities but let's just say you reach 200 paints all up, you could get a free paint from all rarities except legendary. Paints used to be a unique aspect of the game with the protection modules and camouflage playing an important part in the older versions of the game. Nowadays, they're just something you collect and don't use most of the time and only for show. A reward system like this could really make things more fun in collecting certain paints as there aren't many reward systems outside missions and stuff related to that.

Maybe this could be a new set of paints made only for this purpose which are just simple colors.

Since the Skins changes the design of these parts, and not just their color, there's still a reason to want skins.

I'm sure people would love more esthetic customization.

Maybe it could not affect how difficult it is, instead we get more containers, or we don't get these at all from containers.

Funny enough I think they will look ugly especially when two not homogeneous paints get mixed! 

I don't think though that Tanki does necessarily need to make it more difficult to get good stuff from containers. They can simply raise good stuff probabilities to compensate the shortage. But believe me they wont do this, they will just stuffing the containers and the probability of good items will get lowered!

Try to link a unique texture (static/animated) for the paint as well, because just naming a new paint out of 455 existing ones isn't much feasible.

You can always share new paint ideas, but the chances of them being added to the game at this point are basically zero. Even if devs were actively adding new paints, they wouldn't directly use one that a player provided, because it raises potential legal issues (digital copyright or whatever it's called).

Not at all. Basically, if developers directly take an asset created by a non-employee (or anyone that hasn't signed the NDA), then the creator of this asset has some legal right to retain ownership of the asset and therefore has the ability to press charges if they believe that Alternativa is not giving proper credit or misusing it.

The asset could be anything, like a texture, a 3D model, a sound, an animation, etc.

So if you create a paint and devs add it to the game, you now have the power to cause problems for them if you feel like it. They don't want to deal with such problems, so they make sure that every tank skin and paint texture is created within the company, by Alternativa employees.

yes well the one problem they aren't dealing with is the MatchMaking System, where it has like Sergeants in battles with Lieutenants, and with GS's of like 5000 and above where another player has like 3000 GS, not to mention the idiotic conversion from containers to keys, and the only way it happened was because I used to play a game called Walking War Robots and they had a key system so of course the devs added to the game even though it has no correlation at all to this game because this game is Vehicular Combat, not Robot to Robot combat, not to mention the OP augments that are added into the game such as Tornado for scorpion, hydra for striker, and more OP augments like these, and another problem is the devs see no problem with this game because well their getting paid, however players see a problem with the game, especially the MatchMaking system most of all, so don't give me BS on problems devs don't want to deal with.
