yes sir...i can go in some of the map of tanki online...but there are alot of rounf i cannot go in ..after few times it says time out error

Try clearing your Client Cache. After clearing your cache the first time you load the loading time will be longer as it has to download all the files again. Try to reduce useage on your internet connection to reduce loading times.

 

If that doesnt work try Running Tanki Online using Standalone Flash Player

All of the servers were merged together to form EU servers. If you mean "how can you change the language", when opening the official Tanki client, there is the option to change the language in the right hand corner.

I don't know what do you exactly mean with "there is no EN server" but I would like to remember you that all the servers from all the communities (EN, RU, PL, DE) were merged and now there are only EU servers. What I said can be found in the Patch Update #460.
