I was given some containers recently, here's the contents (obviously these are from the shop, don't know if that matters):

 

Listed in order.

First 5: 100 all supplies, 3 days PA, 250 all supplies, 3 days PA, 25k crystals

6-10: 3 days PA, 100 all supplies, 10k crystals, 10 GB, 125 DA

11-15: 125 RK, 125 RK, New Year 2018 gift paint (Legendary, oddly :P ), 125 SU, 125 SU

16-20: 125 mines, 125 DD, 125 RK, 10k crystals, 25k crystals

21-15: 125 DA, 125 DA, 125 SU, 10 GB, 3.5k crystals

Unfortunately this sampling method is not optimal but I guess it will still give good approximations...
These are my result spread on multiple accounts that I got over the last two weeks.

 
125 speed (x3)
125 damage
125 mines
125 repair kit
250 all supplies
3,500 crystals
25,000 crystals
10 gold box

I also got containers form drops but I only remember the special things. Including those would introduce quite a bit of bias and would skewed the distribution towards the rarer items.

So far s I know there are only one type of Container. So no matter how you get a Container the data is useful here.

 

Thanks to that surge of data just posted I now have over 400 openings on record. That is enough for Report 04. First I am just trying to learn how to format some items on this TO Forum system. Report 04 will start te new thread I mentioned before.

It is probably just perception. But OTOH maybe they have. That's why they do not tell us the exact percentage. ;)

Always nice to meet someone trained it the field. The thing about stats is understanding what you know and how much you don't know.about what you do know :)

 

As you say it will not tell us the exact answers, but, it will accomplish what we need. THis project will let us know if we players got a good deal or a bad deal from the change to the new containers bonus system.

The upside is since I have to go screenshot I can replace tables with graphs. So I'll post the report that way. 
 
Since it is only a few hours until my weekly cash collection I may as well wait to put my results in the mix. :)
