Let's Discuss Juggernaut

Please can you developers consider on thinking about buffing up juggernaut's armor. Its too weak. Multiple tanks on the battlefield attack juggernaut at the same time and destroys it too quickly. Juggernaut's armor must be buffed up because it needs a buff. 

 

Juggernaut never survives that whole battle. That's impossible because its armor is too weak.

LOL go to Idea for Game Mode and see my solution ideas.

Well when I fell down, I didn't remember seeing the icon in the killfeed stating that I self-destructed. It did say, however, on the part of the screen where the "Gold box will be dropped soon" or "xxxx has captured the flag", it said that I was destroyed and a new Juggernaut was spawned as seen in the first photo.

 

Also, the fact that those two enemies were able to come and stay next to me and I was able to flip the Viking Isida with my Overdrive, I'd say I wasn't killed.

Why you did not push Delete to self-destruct and respawn?

Because I wanted the glitch to last as long as possible. MM was only 7 minutes and it was a new experience for me and the tankers in that battle. 

 

I also wanted to test out whether or not I could have killed anyone while I was in an "out of bounds area". That didn't happen. 

 

 

Was the new juggernaut a glitch?

Maybe. When that Juggernaut died, the message came up that I would be the next Juggernaut but nothing happened. That whole scenario was crazy. It's crazy what can happen in 5 minutes.

I can't deal with juggernaut. Likelihood of you getting juggernaut to begin with is slim, getting it from the player who died is slim. And I never get the opportunity to learn how to control it. It's so annoying to get orientation of the hull too, because it's the reverse of mammoth and I can't get my head around it, so when I want to turn forward, I go back and vice versa, it's really irritating! Most of the time I can't even get close to him because people play this crap mode like it's deathmatch and go for you instead, to a point where I think it's better if juggernaut was buffer and everyone couldn't destroy anyone else other than the juggernaut And does anyone know how to switch weapons with it?

 

And besides, the druggers are the ones who will get it, almost always, it's to a point where the druggers are on level with the juggernaut. Even more stupid, you can't have the mode for PRO battles in any map.

Just letting you know that the Juggernaut game mode's objective to obtain the highest number of kills before the battle is ended. There are no teams which means it's a DM battle with a giant tank that gives you easier access to kills. If people are playing it like a DM, it means they are playing the objective of the mode. The objective of the mode isn't to become the Juggernaut. 

 

I agree with you on the last part. This game mode favours buyers with the fact that the HP and Damage of your Juggernaut are dependent on your equipment. If the Juggernaut has protection against 3 of the most powerful turrets, they can stay the Juggernaut until the battle is over.

For your 1st question, it is depend on your M upgrades of your hull and turret.

 

The second question... Alternativa made this decision is because of the map size. For example, you will never see Juggernaut mode in Polygon because its inadequate size. However it can be seen in Highways (which is my favorite), Barda, Kungur etc...

1- All is detailed on the Wiki page: https://en.tankiwiki.com/Juggernaut#Statistics

   To summarise:

  • the Hull strength (total HP) and health (from Overdrive activation) is link to the hull M level and Micro upgrade. The higher the more HP.
  • Same for the damage of the rail and rockets salvo: M level and upgrade level. The higher the more damage you do. 
  • All the other parameters are fixed (e.g. speed, reload,...)

2- There is 30 maps on MM, I think there is slightly less that offer the Juggernaut mode (just my experience here). The reason is that the Juggernaut is big and need large corridor to circulate. If the map is cramped there is no fun to be the juggernaut as you are more likely to stuck/corned and will die too quickly.

On the Real Servers and in the Test Server, I've played in all except the ones in yellow. 

 

For Forest...I'm not really sure. I can vaguely remember playing there in the Test Server but I'm really uncertain. Cologne, Future and Tribute seem a bit too small or compact for Juggernaut to be honest. 

 

The maps I always get for these on the real servers are Brest, Wolfenstein, Soliamsk, Yorkshire, Bridges, Osa and Massacre. The others I barely get. I don't like having to play Juggernaut on the same few maps over and over and over again.

Yes, Cologne and tribute might have been on the test server. 

I agree some map are too small, future is fine you have lost of room to go around. Like Bridges, it similar size as future small and ok to play.

 

I don't think I've ever played juggernaut on cologne, future, tribute, forest, industrial zone

I could have played some you listed in the test server.

DM is in the MM menu, but NOT in the Quick battle who only host Team battle (as far as I remember it includes CTF, CP and TDM).

NOT in the Quick Battle option.

You are right DM and Juggernaut are not in Quick Battle because these two modes are not team modes, only team modes in QB.

Drugs is everywhere and it is part of the game at least in the MM story mode.

You might as well add it to the Quick Battle option because everyone but me seems to silently agree to the Juggernaut mode being "Juggernaut vs Players". 

 

I hate it when players get mad at me killing anyone but the Juggernaut in that mode!

It is still a DM mode so no it would not and should not be added to quick battle. Team modes allow groups which would be unfair for solo mode especially with a supper tank.

Don't get upset about what other player are saying do whatever you want, this is the beauty of this mode, you can go kill everybody of go for the Juggernaut or both.
