New incentive to stay in battles?

Ok so this one might ruin the game economy and may get declined, but I think it's worth a shot to post it here.

So what I'm thinking is what if we made it so that in team battles players reach a certain amount of battle points and they get a crystal reward depending on how much points they reached.

So here is an example of it:

125 BP = 12-25 crystals
250 BP = 25-50 crystals
500 BP = 50-100 crystals
1000 BP = 100-200 crystals

And so on and so forth

By the way, these rewards won't stack onto each other.

This is basically the same thing as increasing battle funds. It would have a good immediate effect, but after a while everyone would get used to it and things would be back as they were before, with people leaving games early. All it would do is ruin the economy.
