By the way, on a side note, why can't I post a reply on the introduce yourself topic even though it does not say on the last page that the topic has been closed to further replies?

About that, I actually don't know for certain as I'm not completely sure about forum permissions. My best guess is that this topic is restricted to the "Advanced" forum group only and you will need to post some more (100 posts if I recall) to reach the advanced forum group and post there. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the kind wishes! Well, I don't usually post in the AWS as I'm now a reporter, but I do write articles from time to time. There's an article published today here if you would like to read though.

Hopefully that will inspire some creativity

@a1653 well the thing is, posting in the AWS after becoming a Reporter doesn't make much sense because no can really "approve" our articles - the article gets posted automatically, skipping the approval queue. Also, we can post articles here but we could spend that time in creating a new and fun contest or writing a snazzy article, so we tend to avoid posting here lol.

If you wish to read the Reporters' AWS articles (the ones we wrote before becoming Reporters), then they are available in the "Graduates" section of the AWS Article Archive.

Not sure where'd I'd put this but I'll say it in case someone enjoys my writing:

 

My life's just taken a huge turn, so don't be alarmed if any of these happen:

1. My activity significantly decreases

2. Activity stays the same, or even increases, but the style of writing will become a lot darker (I write my emotions)

Both of these could happen, or neither. But those two are likely.

 

Just wanted to say this cause if someone cares, I care back and I don't want people to be concerned. I don't plan on stopping writing, even if I do stop posting it publicly for a while. See y'alls at some point <3

@Iron_Man when did this happen? Do we need some mods approval to post and why did this happen? Was it a split second decision?

Ah no need moderator's approval, at least as of now.

It wasn't a split second decision as maf was already having the thought of reopening AWS.
