But the drones don't work and looks like for many it doesn't even show.  Maybe Devs want to see our reaction to this idea.

 

If they remove Overdrive and implement this it would be better, but free. If we have to purchase them and then we get tired of these, then it will be hard to remove them.

LOL - "Drones" are actually drones! I thought the black dots were html 5 glitches. They do look like a camera wioth 2 sides wings and an antenna on the top. 

I saw a couple of tank with the black dots and also some tanks with paint that are not showing properly in red and black. 

I don't think it is linked to the Overdrive as they can be fit form the start and you can change they via the garage - like you change equipment.

The black dote is hoovering and following the tank.

Anyway whatever it is the dev are preparing it seem that they are putting a lot of effort and it looks big as they already making test.

I think it will be different from the Overdrive. Look in the garage, select one drones and look at the upgrade details. The "demonman" looks like it is a bombe with 1000 damage  and 1000-3000 splash damage. With a reload of one minute.

 

 

Another one "Sapper" looks like it allow you to lay 3 mines. I'm assuming that the up-grade will allow to lay more.

might be off topic but... people say magnum doesn't fit in the game as it doesn't require line of sight and doesn't have to expose itself to attack... well.... here's the solution now. attack with your drones while remaining hidden. I really hope one of the drones would be a suicide drone..

also they might only test part of the system (visual and category in the garage, plus micro upgrades). The real stuff might come later.

Why is that drone so little? It should be as big as half of a turret and have a paint of the tank. It would look much cooler then.

It's just a test. They didn't even make a proper model or visual effects yet. Probably just testing the mechanics.

It's only a marker. Later they will add the final visual, maybe in the test server and surely during the BD event. If you observe carefully you will see the dot following the tank and hovering up and down. The best picture wa sin the firts page were you could see the wings and the antenna. 

They tried to show as little as possible to keep it secret for a bigger surprise when it is released. Be patient.

Ikr instead of this make a better antihack system, or work on something else, not another slot in the garage section for us to waste crystals on.
