well, I just played four games of cp to complete a mission and hated every minute of it. the first game I was put in literally had 5 seconds left to run.....

Seriously we can complain as much as we like and the devs are going to tell us in the next VLOG what a huge success it's been. Sooooo, I will hang around a few weeks playing virtually not at all, and if nothing changes, I will be off. Life is too short to waste on games that are no longer fun.

I believe the biggest issues of the match making are:

 

1) Waiting time, in general, is too long. Players, especially young kids, usually have no patient. Even 1 min is way too long. If you can make sure the waiting time is less than 30 s it can help a lot but shorter is better. Before the match making is here, players just logon, browsed the battle list, picked the battle then clicked and played. It is less than a minute from logging on to play. Try to shorten the waiting time. It helps.

 

2) Players lost the ability to choose the maps they want to play kills the game. Because of various reasons, players want and unwant to play a certain maps. For example, some players may have slow computers so that they do want to play large maps that lag badly. Some players like to use heavy but slow hull so that they don't want to play large maps...... and so on. That's why the match making system pissed off so many players.

 

3) The fairness is gone. You may think that in and 8 v 8 battle it is quite balanced if each team have, for example, 2 Captains,  2 Second Lieutenants, 2 WO4s and 2 First Sergeants. It is balanced, not counting the equipment level, but not fair. The 2 First Sergeants feel frustrated. (This is just an example to point out why the lowest ranks players feel frustration in a battle. The rank distributions in a real battle may be better than this example)  In the old system players, at least, knew what rank of tanks were in a battle before they joined; they had the right to join or pick another one. Now it is gone.

 

If you can fix or improve these probably you can save Tanki otherwise you can see players leaving quickly.

Not really i mean a pro shaft isnt dumb enough to stay in one spot, the whole point of shaft is to take your shot and move on and a shaft does about the same dmg as smoky in arcade mode just reload time is a bit longer

 you're right. and most of these complainers aren't like that... they're too dumb to move around so they only join the winning side so they can snipe at defenless enemies while their teammates engage them.

I checked random complainers and didn't find high k/d Shafts yet, sorry.

 

I checked more and these is what I found:

• 1 Fire and Isida with Viking
• 1 Isida with Viking and Hornet
• 1 Fire, Shaft and Isida with Viking and Hornet.
• 1 Railgun with Viking
• And 1 Thunder and Fire with Viking

why does tanki chose the battles which can take a long time instead of the previous format? I got murdered by buyers left and right as soon as a battle allows me to join. Also the lack of differnet maps is depressing. I want the 2016 Tanki Online back.

You need to go to the lobby and click on the big buttons. The battle list only has PRO Battles.

 

You don't need to complete missions everyday now, you can do them tomorrow if you want.

Hey Guido! Still upset about all these Shafts that pick you off? Why not get some protection? ;)

 

For the record, I never joined winning teams, I only ended up on them, and that's even more likely now that folks don't know what to expect.

 

And moving around? Sounds too risky to me. The only instructions you need are: 1. Spawn, 2. Double Armour, 3. Find Campsite, 4. Pitch Tent, 5. Shoot anything that moves 6. Count the crystals.

turns out 90% of the people complaining are shaft/railgun/magnum campers! :lol: :lol:  :lol:  most common turret is railgun, closely followed by shaft... 90% of these shafts use titan/mammoth... while for railgun users if they use wasp/hornetthe most it's because they play xp/bp... subtract away their xp/bp time on wasp/hornet(indicated by time on their zero module)  from the time they use on wasp hornet and you'll find that outside of xp/bp they usually use viking or titan with railgun...

 

and 90% of these people have high k/d

 

 

These liars are just some kids crying they can't join winning teams  on sniper/shaft maps so they can increase their k/d...

 

 

seriously, check the profile of the next few people who complain... chances are that most of them are campers who play for k/d... and we all hate these kind of cowards, don't we??

I have multiple accts with different turret combinations. I spent $$$ on all of them, by the way.  I want to chose maps & mode bassed upon the hull/turret combination I am playing, because different maps are better for certain combos. And different maps are better to accomplish different missions. Now I am forced to play random and some "ASSIGNED" missions are nearly impossible to accomplish on some maps. And if I enjoy RIO I may go for days now before I am allowed to play one game on that map. 

 

I play tanki for "FUN", and random does not take me to my fun maps. I have not seen a single SKYSCRAPER map in months. Or stadium.

 

And "Less Options" till customer spends $$$ marketing won't let me start those maps. 

 

There are way less players on line then there were 2 years ago & continuosly less options to players is the reason.

that's right!!! complain, but it won't get us anywhere as the devs refuse to acknowledge that they have wasted so much time on a brilliant  really REALLY stupid update that will ultimately haunt their cv's for ever if they want a new job in the same line of work....and lets face it, they will be unemployed soon when tanki crashes and burns permanently.
