As said in your previous topic about this - the moderators remain anonymous in order to protect their privacy. Even if the ban was fair and justified (which almost 100% of the time it is), the player who got banned often will not accept the fact that he got punished for violating rules and will proceed to harass the moderator for punishing them. What's worse, if the player is particularly popular, he may have a large group of friends or fans, who will then hunt down the moderator in question and target them in every battle, every communication platform and maybe even on social media.

 

We don't want any of that to happen, which is why players don't know who punished them. Moderators are not "shy" of showing anything - they just don't want players to make bans personal.

If there is a moderator in the chat and he is the only one speaking, then everybody will know that it's that one moderator in the chat.

That's an exception, and it's not even always reliable. Often there are two moderators in one chat - one talking and the other managing violations.

I think that the players have a right to personally question the moderator why they we're banned, they should be able to discuss it with them on a PM thing. But then if the player trys to hurt that mod that banned them by targetting them and insulting them in the chat etc... then I think the player should be subject to another ban for hurting the moderator. And if it still continues, then the player could be subject to a heavy Crystal Fine in which they lose a certain amount of crystals.

I am sure the developers would understand that if players feel opressed they are going to leave. Treating players correctly plays a gigantic role to a game's success :)

All proposed bans (and warnings) are recorded and documented, they are then reviewed and approved/disapproved by the admins. Therefore admins are fully aware of all the bans and the content. It is not one personal choice but a group working as a team - we discuss each case.
You can still discussion your ban with the Admin by PM. 

All player are treated correctly, I could not tell that player do the same towards Moderators. All you need is to do is what we do document and report.

The forum as some rules like any other forum or types of group. If you log in and participate in the forum it is your due diligence to follow theses which guarantee that we all respect each others (players and moderators alike): my liberty ends where yours begins.

 

No, flaming is childish, unreasonable and counter productive, if this is what you want to be and do then you will not feel at home here.

Without the current rules this home will be a mess, 100% sure about it, and I won't feel at home.

 

Anyway it is not anonymous as you can always talk to Coop and she is a real person and responsible for the action of all the moderators. So your idea is in fact invalid.

I don't see how women working in administrative roles is in any way a problem. On the other hand, sexism and gender discrimination are definitely problems.

By "all" you mean one. Out of the 9 total administrative positions on the forum. Taking into account the fact that online games generally have a predominantly male community, having few female admins is perfectly normal. 

 

Either way, there is no reason to care about the gender of any user/helper/admin in an online community, nor is there any reason to care about any other physical features. What matters is the personality and attitude.

Again, it doesn't matter who ban you.

- Cooper is here to discuss your point of view - she will have all the documents and your history on the forum, so be prepared when you confront the boss.

- As we survey the forum an offence can be pick up by any one of us- we are all on the same boat.

Explosion, if you knew which moderator banned you, what would you do? Correct me if I am wrong, but you would probably;

A.) Ask the moderator why you were banned or,

B.) Harass the moderator about banning you.

 

Looking at those two options, obviously only the first one would be acceptable.

So, let's go with that. You would ask the moderator why you were banned if you knew who banned you. You can do that by contacting one of the ForumAdmins. One such person would be Ostrica. He/She would explain the ban to you. Therefore, you never needed to know the moderator who banned you.

Ostrica and M4JH0L-AFG are in charge only of bans on EN chat.

CooperO and Miahak are in charge of EN forum.

Yele and Mr_STIFFLER are in charge of game violations. 

 

Those are the admins you can contact in regard of your forum, chat or battle ban.

Players can personally question the reason of their ban and they were always encouraged to contact administrators in charge of the team which issued ban. Players can contact admins via pm here on the forum, to verify it - as @Viking4s stated, those are forum, chat or Battle admins.

That's how we've been working for as long as I'm an admin, it's nothing new.

Players have been treated correctly and fair for years now, there's plenty of proof for that, as I stated here. Please keep to the facts, not false information and fiction.

Because such are the rules of this game. We didn't make them but we're upholding them to keep the atmosphere in the game lively and friendly. And we'll keep doing it.
