The stupidest sight in Tanki today was the GS score of my tank, the tanks on my team, and the tanks we battled with.

 

Could there possibly be any statistic that meant less than GS?

You made a blanket statement that includes all shaft and freeze users without distinction.

How does this fit in with what you said? It was assumed the Teen was a gang member because of the red shirt. You assume that because a player uses Shaft or Freeze, the player is Russian. Now, with that in mind, go back and read your statement. You made an assumption without qualification.

A very noobish team. You would think by the time players reached my rank, they would know how to play all game modes....You would think.

 

Today I came in the middle of a CTF battle. The opposing team was very aggressive. Another player and I tried to guard the flag while the rest of the team....YES, the rest of the team was on the other side of the base playing TDM. The opposing team kept them busy while 3 Firebirds and a Freeze cook the two of us and froze us, then stole the flag. I checked the chat to get our team to help us, but it was all in Russian. Instead I said, "This is a noob team. You deserve to lose." I tried a few times to go for the flag, but without team support a Titan doesn't stand much of a chance, even with SB activated. I grabbed it a couple times, but was quickly neutralized.

 

Why do players so often play TDM and ignore the objective? I've been in CP battles where all the cps were in the opposing team color and none of the other team bothered to change them. They go to the enemy base, play TDM, get killed, respawn and back to the enemy base, going right by and right through the cps, but never stopping to change them.

people hardly ever play for the objective or for the team cause all most people care about it their kill count, hardly anyone ever does anything to protect the flag runner in CTF or actually Capture the points cause they are to concerned about K/D ( or when people actually try to cap the point it's just a mad rush to get to it and they all die ) we need more people that are willing to back up the flag runner and actually use Isida to heal teammates

And yeah. Russians that are have M3 Combos and drug non-stop but the team they are on still loses cause they suck at playing the game, and then they blame everyone on their team that isn't Russian for losing

Map and battle mode: Industrial Zone ASL

 

Those of us who are familiar with ASL know that when the flag is being carried you can see and follow the red marker to know from which direction the flag bearer is coming. 

 

In this battle, there was Railgun/Hornet and Firebird/Hornet guarding the blue flag (supposedly). It seemed obvious that they didn't have a clue about the red marker. They were looking all around, peeking around corners instead of paying attention. The assault team was making successful attacks left and right behind the guards backs. I tried to block them with my Vulcan/Titan, but Vulcan doesn't do enough damage in a short span of time and the two Hornets were of little to no help. Not because of their turrets or tanks, but because they too busy looking for the actual flag bearer instead of following the marker. I thought about changing to Firebird, but the battle was too far gone, gap too wide and not enough time to change and make a difference.

We had 3 Shaft/Mammoths, one Thunder/Mammoth, 1 Vulcan/Viking (me) and the rest, I don't know, because I didn't spawn on that side. 

 

The Shaft/Mammoths were near our flag, but not focused on the bridges or the flag. All 3 were staring down their scopes in the same small area. Thunder/Mammoth was beside a building multing. The rest of the team was on the other side of the base playing TDM. Blue was casually waltzing in and casually waltzing out with our flag without any supplies activated. No one seemed to care, but me. I was the only one chasing and shooting at the flag bearers. The same two Hornets made 4 flags within the first 5 minutes of battle. Then Blue team came over enmasse and spawn killed us. 

 

Why do so many of the Russian teams play this way? They know they will lose. I just don't get it.

They still get some score and pad their K/D. 

 

I've been on so many teams with terrible, selfish Shaft campers.  All they care about is their own kills.  never protecting the flag or killing flag defenders on the other side.

On Bridges there's a nuclear box drop beside the building in the middle of the map. Four of my teammates were fighting over the site and the box hadn't dropped yet. An enemy Mag with DD dropped a rocket right in the middle of them and killed them all. Then the box dropped.
