Well its his choice to discriminate against whoever he wants. Tanki refuses to hire staff to prevent this so as of now no one has the right to interfere in his business.

He has a choice - to leave.

But not to inflict it on others,telling them that cannot play on that battle.

I've been asked to leave a battle a number of times over the years. If the battle is boring, I leave, but not without saying a few choice words. If it's a teammate that wants me gone and it's a good battle, I tell that person to "bug off, I'm staying." Which usually ends up with that player blocking my shots, knocking my off target and sometimes a pushing match. 

 

When out on the battlefield and your team doesn't have your 6, then it's every man, woman and child for him/herself.

It really seems to be one of those weekends.

 

After I posted about this, I had another incident with another player doing the very same thing.

There was an empty Lost Temple CTF on Pro, so I joined it because it used to be a blast way back as a DM.  There was a hiding place that you could get into with Wasp Thunder and make a lot of kills.

 

More joined and before too long I get yet another clown (vonklinkov) Wasp Rico making comments that "some of his team are a waste of space" and moments later in his my hiding space shooting at me, and then demanding I leave.

 

So I did.... but came back on the other team with Viking/Twins and spent the rest of the battle solely killing him.

What is it with these clowns?

Sandbox CTF red. Half my team (red) was was hiding behind containers and walls.  All they did was die, respawn, hide, repeat. A fourth was defending the flag (supposedly) and a fourth was at blue base playing TDM while our base was being overrun. Then the Gold Box siren sounded. Suddenly all those deadbeat tanks came alive!! Even the one that was carrying our flag got in the pile up. 

 

Meanwhile, I made a mad dash for the blue flag. While I was returning to our base, the red flag was returned. I was about a Mammoth lengths away from our flag base when someone on blue with Thunder  activated OD. I was a goner. Final score: 10-0. Guess who got the 0. 

 

Wish they would get rid of that darn siren and just let the box drop.

Actually he has the freedom to tell others to leave. Similarly others have no obligation to listen to him. You also have the choice to ignore him.

A teammate preventing me from capping a flag. He was a useless person who did not realise that it's okay if he doesn't want to capture flags but its sabotage if he prevents me from capturing flags. Such fools have to outright banned.

It (more or less) becomes an obligation to do something about it when that player starts sabotaging you.

Stupidest side today: I joined xp/bp (diff account), as soon as I spawned the enemy team was taking our flag away and then they capped. We had 2 players (including me) and they had 3. When I complained they guy who capped say "go". They capped four flags unfairly after that. Then one of their teammate left.

 

You know what I did? I joined their side and did whatever I could to mess their aims. And continuously asked them "what it feels like to be a cheater?" lol

 

As you can guess I was kicked and banned for hour. But I already did the damage, as they were still on 4 flags and other team scored 5 flags.

 

I don't feel any shame for this. If I see that again, I will definitely do this again even if they ban me forever.

As a result of above, I got this in my email (after translating): 

 

"Hello! 

You have been convicted of sabotage (paragraph 2.1.5 of the Rules of the game - link: http://tankionline.com/ru/rules/ ), which is a serious violation of the rules of the game "Tanks Online". 

You issued an official warning. In case of repeated violations, we will be forced to take action until the infinite block your account.

Yes he does. In most countries, we have free speech (though I can name a few - ehm, Canada - where that's not the case), so that means that he has the right to tell you to leave. What he doesn't have the right to do is force you to leave, which is impossible anyways unless he has banning powers - and let's face it, he probably doesn't ;) Just keep calm and carry on, the most annoying thing you can do to people like that is ignore them.
