I saw a Generalissimo with 121 GS recently.

Brutal.   The question is ... why?   They just like to see the world burn or something?  Bunch of tools...

CP battle on highways.  My team had AT LEAST 4 campers.  We got spanked badly cuz ... all my team worried about was KD.  You know... that important stat that signifies how good you are at this game and will help you win battles...  oh wait...

That is the best part about Isida's and melees in general, they are not afraid to take a kill. I hate those excessive campers!

I'm getting more frustrated with campers, especially ones that think they're making a significant strategic contribution by getting lots of kills instead of being a useless stationary turret in battle modes and on maps where mobility is needed to win.

I managed to carry a flag (CTF) all the way from the enemy base to my base on Parma today, but was unable to cap because the enemy had our flag. There was a Shaft at our base, but it was stuck in scope mode with no situational awareness, not seeing the two enemy tanks that drove right past it and killed me / returned their flag.

Ok I just lost a Siege battle as Support Nanobots because for the majority of the battle, I was the only one going on the point. Brief overview: Almost everyone was spawned at the start. It was in Magistral and the first point was on the bridge. I went there and spent the full 20 seconds on the point and defending it against a Hornet Railgun. Then 2 allies come up to the point in the last two seconds and got score from the capture. The next point was on the side of the map with more buildings. I went to stall but died quickly because my damage is halved so I can't kill them quickly and they had two Vulcans, a Railgun and a Shaft there.

The score is now 1-1. The next point is on the bridge. I look around and no one on my team is going on the bridge. I go and got the point to about 70% while trying to dodge projectiles from two Vulcans but the enemy Shaft got me. My teammate Railgun was able to kill the Vulcan on the bridge with his Hornet's Overdrive. I go back on the bridge and no one is there again. The allied Railgun shot 2 enemies who were coming on the bridge and damaged them for me to finish off. We go again and this time got it to about 40% then died to the Vulcan. 25 seconds remaining on the clock. No one is going. I would die too quickly if I went. I spawned next to two teammates, the Hornet Railgun and a Hornet Gauss, who were in that spot for almost the entire battle. The other allies were off doing whatever they were doing away from the point. I thought it would have been a draw, but nope, they captured in the last second and we lost 2-1.

That battle sucked. In conclusion, I was on my own which is not where a Support Nanobots Isida should be. I had no one to heal, I had to defend the point at melee range against the enemies coming in with 50% less damage.

The Hornet Railgun got 21 kills and near double my score. Easy 6 stars for him. Honestly, if I were using Gauss Viking there, I wouldn't look at it as harshly as I did just now. But I was using something that depended on my team being with me, and on the objective no less. I hope that battle was an outlier.

This is an example of how the current state of TO encourages players to be selfish at the expense of having decent battles.  They are so afraid they are 'wasting their time dying' while trying to capture - why bother.  Sit back, die less often, get your 2 stars (maybe 3) and to heck with who actually wins the battle.

Next time you get the next Mk modification level, do not upgrade it. This will cause MM to put you on a decent (evenly spread GS score) team and all you need to do is drug. If you max-out your Mk modification, you are considered a god and you will be teamed up with low-level followers. Yes, it seems like a generalization, but it is what I am experiencing at all levels.

So it's trying to make teams like 3, 3, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2  VS   2,  2, 2, 3, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2?

Just left a CTF battle where I was the only player on my team with a score > 0.  Other Team already had 3 caps in less than 3 minutes.

MatchMaker is really messed up.  WE NEED A LOBBY THAT LOADS TEAMS BEFORE BATTLE BEGINS.

Prime example of people playing TDM rather than the objective. For a while, our team was struggling to make a capture until about halfway through, when DENV101007 got the first one. I then got the other 3 flags. This could have gone over a lot more successfully, but a lot of people were just playing TDM (g9ITEJI and Nikkolas012 are the most obvious offenders. Just look at those K/D ratios.) XAHA3344 was a Shaft just camping, but somehow got only 1 kill.

Unfortunately, the state of tanki rewards DL ratio players regardless of battle modes and whether you win or lose. Check out the top tankers under ratings. Everyone has an outstanding DL ratio. So, when in doubt, play for kills. On the losing side, if you play for DL ratio, you are almost guaranteed to finish close to the top of your team (even if you use mammoth/shaft in cp). To combat teammates who only play for kills in cp for example, I leave early.

That seems logical to me. DL is based on the number of kills you get compared with how often you are killed. Its a statistic and no reward. Battle modes or wins/losses have nothing to do with it at all

DL only comes into effect in the course of tied score - and then only for ranking purposes.

This was my worst battle that I was #1 on my team. My teammates barely did anything. It happens sometimes.

This is so annoying. Why is this even a thing?

Well first of all that game mode is ASL which always provides trashy gameplay. So that's understandable.

Also the only game modes I really do play the objective is juggernaut and Cp. (When I need to that is.) That's because these two provide more decent battles alone than the rest of the game modes combined.

In CTF, rugby, ASL, and siege, there is no point in playing the objective because first of all the battles there are trash and end way too quick, and second of all, it gives you just a measly reward for the ridiculous amount of effort you have to go through to make it a success. So yeah, I play TDM in these four modes.

Oof! Why were they not using the mk7s they had?

low level CTF, im at corporal level.

i have the enemy flag, going back to base

but then i hear ''goldbox dropping soon'' and see where it is, so i give the flag to another guy and try for gold.

problem this - this man sees that the flag is red and not blue (we were blue team) and starts going to the enemy base

i didnt get the gold either
