Loading error?

this is the first time it happened like this.

1.I open the game

2.I waited for two hours,the game didn't start.

3.The game started the screen went grey.

4. grey screen stayed for like an hour.

5.1st my enmies stay where they are then they go hyper.

6.my comp closed.

7.It restated for 3 times

8.I open tanki.

9.It say Loading error#2302

Can anyone help me?(its still like that :?)
