i prefer it when battles are like this over the usual battles with mults in every team.

Been a lot of battles that finished 8 vs 3.   At least those mults are drawing some of the fire away from me.  ;)

At that point, it doesn't really matter.  Just getting to score of ~ 90 can be a struggle - not at all worried about battle result in those cases.

 

It's aim for 90, or just leave - which is what many seem to be doing.  The threshold needs to change or these events will continue to be a farce.

what's so bad about that? 90 score is easy. and in a team full of mults that means you'll most likely be getting 3 stars.

It is impossible to reason with you. So I'm just going to say this once.

 

It's easier said than done, especially if the enemy are supply coordinated and your team is mostly full of regards or even mults.

use magnum-titan, activate double damage the moment yu spawn. you'll be able to survive long enough to fire one shot at the weakest enemy before you die. constantly getting killed actually makes you reload quicker.. and all you have to do is kill 6 enemies

When your team of random players goes up against a co-ordinated team of friends, it's entirely possible to finish first on the losing team and not qualify for any stars

 

I suspect you have had a sheltered experience with TO, or you inflate your accomplishments.

Play more random battles without your friends - do this regularly for a few weeks.  You will see what I mean.

Play more random battles without your friends - do this regularly for a few weeks.  You will see what I mean.

Its easiest to just leave this game completely.  Haven't played in weeks and not missing anything.  

 

You are all completely missing why the vast majority of the English speakers left!  TO has allowed Russian sites to sell crystals for pennies compared to what everyone else has to pay.  99% of the games have only 1-2 english speakers if you are lucky which pretty much ruins any strategy and the purpose of chat.  Tie that into the developers doubling down on the Pay to Win model and this game is garbage.

Many, many players don't play in a group of friends.  Hence the struggle at times to meet the threshold for achieving a star.

But you say it's easy - only because you play in a more co-ordinated group.

 

Try walking in someone else's shoes for a while and tell us it's easy...

Like it or not. It's a fact that tanki was better without this star week crap.

 

This star week just causes a lot of problems. It may bring back those overachievers who believe that they've done it all.

 

It's a Damn fact that star week doesn't bring in New players. It's doing the exact opposite of that.

 

One of two things will happen, either the newbies will stop playing for the rest of the week or the overachievers will come back and kick the newbies butts to the point that the newbies decide it's pointless. Either way, the star week events just end up encouraging the newbies to stay away from the game for the time being.
