Hands down... The answer is "Nives" The mines in the original post pic are shaped in a triangle. Which brings to mind that napkins are sometimes formed into triangles at formal occasions. Obviously then, it leads us to kitchenware, which in turn leads up to knives. Otherwise known as "Nives".

If the Rio clue takes us to Juggernaut then on the Juggernaut page is this recent addition...

 

• The Juggernaut can easily kill any tank, including lions, wolves, and especially bears.

 

Does this mean there's a connection to War:Domination? And where should we go next. My guess is there's something in the forum but I've not found anything.

Edit: It's on the Bears page - look for some hidden text. TFNS - Feb '17... I thought this was a battle or tourney but it's not. It's Tanki's Finest News Source!!! Look at "What is this map?" - looks odd? The text is gibberish, the little picture? It's Zone. Okay, now go to the wiki. Check out the Drop Zones, one map is different - there's some text at the top... 

 

I was there, I saw the end... I hope you get there too. And if you've been then well done! Thanks Hexed, you're amazing to do all this work for the community. Thanks to everyone here, you're all excellent Tankers.

ANSWERS:

Step 1: If you read the second post by Hexed carefully, you will see "The Five Clans of the Realm: A'aninin, Mohingan, Bode'wadmi, Eti'maga, Ragakha". If you combine the first letter of the 5 clans, you get the paint "AMBER".
 

Step 2: Go to the paint "AMBER" in the wiki. You should see a clickable "."

Step 3: The picture shows a "HAMMER". Go to the turret "HAMMER" in the wiki and you scroll down. You should be able to click "December 17, 2014". It redirects you to this image. (Link: https://imgur.com/pjK7Qkk)

 

 

Step 4: Go to http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=329392. If you open the spoiler, and scroll to the last image of the spoiler, you should see this.

 

 

 

This is the picture of the "PRIVATE MESSAGES IN CHATS" update.

 

Step 5: Go to the forum topic where the updates released. This is the link - http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=305349.

If you scroll down you will see a message that is liked by so many players and even Hexed, so you know there is something fishy. Highlight the text and you get this.

 

 

 

Step 6: The morse code translates to "DO YOU KNOW THAT THIS UPDATE WAS ONCE FEATURED IN THE GAME? IT WAS A HIT SOMEWHERE ON A SPECIAL MAP... HMM, WHAT MAP COULD THAT BE?" If you watch my "THE GAME" videos, or have a faint memory, you should find out that the map is "Rio", as seen from the picture below.

 

 

Step 7: Go to "Rio" in the wiki. If you scroll down and look closely you should see a suspicious image of a "Juggernaut".

 

 

Step 8: Go to "Juggernaut" in the wiki. If you read the portion about "Unique Features", you should see that one feature is too random and out of place.

This is it "The Juggernaut can easily kill any tank, including lions, wolves, and especially bears"

 

Step 9: This leads us to check out the forum topic about "bears" in the WAR. Here is the link - http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showforum=315

Once again, if you highlight the entire page, you should see this message "TFNS - Feb '17"

 

 

Step 10: The message is referring to "Tanki's Finest News Source - February '17"

Go to its forum topic at: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=345853

If you read closely you should see a random text in the first post. There is a spoiler in the message, and opening it reveals a picture of the map "Zone".

 

 

Step 11: Go to "Zone" in the wiki, and open the tab about "Drop Zones"

Click the the second image and you will see this: 

 

 

Look closely at the top left hand corner, there is this text message "{>KNOWLEDGE_BASE%#_<DRONES><}"

 

Step 12: Go to the help section topic about "DRONES"

Edit: 1) LOL Shibe, the other day, I was watching your video The Game 2016 and noticed these two pictures and I ended up with Rio, I went to the news panel and saw THE GAME link, and thought this is it, but then, I didn't bother to find the hidden Morse code which wasted me so much time :( 

         

        2) That screenshot you took, you said a lot of people liked it, even Hexed, you forgot to mention me XD
