Which turret do you hate being killed by the most?

I must say that it is the shaft or the freeze because in many different matches, tanks using the shaft get high ground and they can find you anywhere so they can snipe you when you are trying to seek up on someone. Also, the freeze because if they get the first hit on you, you basically are done for because it slows down your tank so you can not kill them before they kill you.

The moment when you see a isida and he fellows you all the way till he kills you

When the laser grabs my tank, I feel it never lets go, no matter how much I try to escape it.

Freeze definifely. When freeze attacks you from behind you're screwed. And if you want to turn around he will start circling around you, he'll always be behind your sight so you can't do anything.

And that is the point of Freeze; that's Freeze's special mechanic. It would be great if the Freeze didn't kill you before the minimum temperature kicks in. For a turret that's supposed to freeze tanks, its damage is too darn high.

Freeze is balanced. It needs big damage so it can kill multiple enemies in short range before it dies. Short range players often get snipe-killed (they can not shoot back) so when they finally get close to enemies, they must kill more than 1 to be effective.

The way I see it, all turrets should be able to dominate in DM depending on how lucky they are. I can see Shaft and Vulcan being a small exception but I don't like that Freezes are the ones that are constantly coming first in DM, often with a large gap between them and 2nd place. That is the only thing that's keeping me from ranting even further about Freeze; it is a melee-ranged turret meaning it should have good damage up close but honestly, it's just too much.

This is just from my perspective of being on the receiving end of them. You may have had experiences with the Freezes being dominated by other turrets but this is just my experience against it.

DM is the most short range mode of all. More short range than CP or RGB, where you can often camp effectively.

There are no bases in DM so you can not camp and use long range turrets effectively. DM is just a noob mode full of Fires and Freezes, it will stay like that and it has to stay like that. Nothing can be done with that.

I am not going to play DM because my main combo is M2 Titan Smoky with Incendiary alt and I like to snipe. DM would ruin my already ruined k/d and cause me frustration.

Of course, you can not get high k/d by playing DM with Fire or Freeze because most DM players use exactly these turrets. Victory in Fire/Freeze only fight depends mostly on raw stats, with the exception of possibility to flip enemies.

I used to like DM. Now.... full of short range turrets.

Only play Juggernaut for building my K/D back up.

Don't forget drones.  hard to compete in DM if you don't have a drone equipped.

As an XP/BP user, I hate skilled smokies and unskilled twins, mainly with twins because they knock of f the aim so easily and you don't have to be skilled, you just hold the firing button.

Put me down for twins!

Wow gfy, I was gonna go with Twins, but then Tanki happened... so I ended up Rail, Thunder, and Fire.

I wouldn't want to see it nerfed....it's fine as it is, but Shaft is the most annoying way to die.  From no where and almost always at a critical moment...poof, you're gone.  Irritating.

Some Rails are so skilled that even when I shoot them with Smoky just before the end of shot delay, they do not miss. Most Rails are easy to knock and kill but some are not. Same with Shafts.

I read this and thought I'd give it a try in my alt account - I am still taking first in every battle, but I feel that Twins will be good in most battles when Firebird isn't.
