The Gold Zone color sucks

I never seem to be able to find the gold drop zone on the holiday map because the map is so dark and the zone color is literally blends in with the snow.... I have to literally be 1 meter away from the zone to be able to spot it and then the christmas tree hits me and then I die. 

 

Btw, the Holiday map is noob. It's just a bootleg Forest map isn't it?

All of the gold markers are in the middle of the map. Sometimes they may be in a position where it is directly behind a barricade and you can't access a good path to take it. When I am respawning, I always barely make out where the marker is. 

 

Yeah, I don't like that I'm farther away from the drop zone and I still die yet Hornets and Wasps are basically hugging the area around the spot and they don't die. Couple that with all the speed hackers that are around, it just makes it less hyped up.

 

Anyways, I don't know exactly where I should report the guy but the name of one of the hackers I saw was FAPTYMACTN_AYE.

Just have a look where everyone else is if it's hard to see the gold marker, everyone on the map basically forms a circle around the drop mark giving away it's position. Golds also only drop around the tree on the raised ground, so looking around the lower bottom part of the map is pointless.

 

Yes, the Holiday Map is based off the current 'Forest' map.

In Tanki, a prop is 5x5 meters long, this is the distance of 5 meters

That means you would have to be away 15 meters aprox. of the drop zone to not self-destruct.

The gold zone color should be changed to gold color (255,204,0). This color is the most beautiful of all colors between yellow and red.

Yeah, the colour is not helping and close to the Speed boost mark. The best is to disable the Drop Zone option in the Settings 

 

 

Doing this will remove all the supplies drop zone and only show the Gold box when active, making it easier to spot. Also learn also the gold box possible area per map, but the Xmas map is relatively easy, they all are in the middle of the map.
