Why are Isidas and Thunders noobs?

Why do so many players using both weapons not know how to turn their turret ever?

Fixed it for you so you won't upset hard working, turret turning, health restoring, life-giving, death bringing, Nanobot flinging Isidas like me.

I have seen this but it's particularly with Ricochets, Thunders, Twins and Firebirds. I was just playing with a Legend who was using Isida and they weren't turning their turret. Kind of sad if you ask me. Being a healer requires more skill. It saddens me when I see an Isida who doesn't turn their turret.

Just like Ricochet, Thunder doesn't require much skill given its mechanics. Plus, you get good results with it overall compared to the other turrets. Perfect for people who are too lazy to learn the game properly other than shoot in the enemies' general direction, use supplies and ram into them.

I'm an Isida user and I turn my turret 24/7 because I use mouse controls.

And Magnum players, too!

Magnum is one of the biggest mistakes T.O has ever made, people who know to use it well can dominate us. I would say that I am happy that there's a module against it however I do not have this one lol.

Thunder, Twins, Ricochet, and all the short ranged turrets have fairly low skill ceilings and don't need a lot of effort to learn their mechanics to do well. Just point and shoot.

Nah, there are more Magnum players who turn their turrets than there are for Isidas and Thunders.

Yes, it looks bad when that happens. Especially with Isida, you know what's worse? Railguns. I sometimes see some high-rank players never turn their turret.

About the Thunder statement, I especially spent a lot of time actually learning how to use Thunder effectively with the Mammoth hull. I don't just ram into people, I actually aim (*ahem*) and use it as it is supposed to be used :D

I've had too many experiences where enemy Thunders would ram into me and shoot me. Happens more in the Warrant Officer ranks but I've seen a few in the high ranks.

What if Thunders who use Sledgehammer Rounds ram into the enemy and shoot because they think the Thunder shot won't make it past 10 metres?

Same happens with Magnum players on Legend levels

It is a fact that the players behind these actions are the noobs, not the turrets themselves.

And thunder actually requires more skill than people give credit to. Because of the self damage from splash, I am on my toes (literally), using the hull, the turret, and the camera angles to look for any signs that I am about to be attacked from behind. It's not a shoot at the wall until the target dies turret like many think it is.

If anybody played around 2012-2013 - Marshals mostly used thunder because of it's strong damage and easy controls. I remember myself being killed by thunders and the way they used to control the turret, looked satisfying. Since the thunder nerf, I have realised most of them gave up on thunder turret because it became less enjoyable with everybody using protection against it.

Just like @DieselPlatinum mentioned - The people behind the scene of these both turrets are the ones being useless, not the main turrets. Yet - I can't blame them, I am certainly sure they would turn the turret if they could? It's hard to believe people don't turn the turret on purpose? There must be a reason why they are not able to do that.

I've encountered lots of players in the past 3-4 days that don't even rotate their turret, but still doing good in a Legend Rabked battle. I better guess they're using the Mobile version? And most of the mobile users use twins and thunder mostly.

Because only Railgunners are pro.

Rails, Shafts, Strikers, Magnums, Smokies and Thunders who kill enemies across the map.

Ricochets and Hammers who use ricochet effect and do not end self-destructed by their own ammo.

Isidas who heal the above mentioned players.

Just buy that Subcaliber ammo alt for 20000 crystals and you will have no problems with splash.

Railgunners do not need ISIDA. Only Vulcan and the sort. We would rather die instead of accepting the help of those. :P

I bought it on an alt account, it's decent, but not as good as with splash damage. Basically turns it into a smoky.

Besides, splash is one of thunders main aspect along with high damage per shot.

The better question to ask is, why don't the Isidas heal the bloody flag/ball carrier, let alone the team in 80% of MM battles...

You are playing with poor isidas.

OR....

I've discovered that isidas get poor scoring for healing.  I've healed until I had no juice left, for most of a battle.

Finished near bottom.

Next battle I used a lot of DD and RK, killed a lot and barely healed.  Finished near the top.

So if Isidas have missions to complete or stars to earn, they are better off NOT healing.   Go talk to the Devs about why...

Just be glad, that as long as they can press the spacebar, they can actually contribute something to the team.

Unlike the players whole just want to do parkour in a non-parkour space battle, or those selfish gold-diggers, or those who prevent a teammate from capping a flag in order to cap it themselves.

please tell me that's not still a thing at mid-ranks or I will quit my alternate account.
