Why did you make an alt on Tanki?

Hey people, just dropping in and asking you if you have an alt and why.  If you don't have an alt, you can just make cool alt account names.

 

Well, I don't have an alt, but if I did, I would use it on the forum once I reach Warrant Officer 1 to restore my slightly bruised reputation.  Names that I could think of is: Ozone, ManDaLuke, and Cr0sS.

Back when I first started playing, I made new accounts everytime I got into the game. The reason why was that the link I would use to get into the game would be the one for registration. I would enter my username yet it would always say it was taken so I needed to make a new one every time. 

 

At that point, I had probably made more than 15 accounts but I only remember the names of 5 of them right now. After some time, I had realised that the login button was right there so I did that and stuck with the first account I ever made. Right now, that account is at the rank of Staff Sergeant. 

 

The main reason would be that I want to have constant experiences in each Modification tier for Turrets, Hulls, Protection Modules etc. 

 

I have more than 10 functioning accounts (some more well off than others) right now but the ones I like to use currently occupy the M1 and M3 tier. 

 

The most recent account I made was used to test how effective a Recruit can take Meteor Golds during the 24th and 31st of December last year (*chuckles*). Turns out it's not so easy unless you have a speed hack like more than a quarter of the full players in the battle have. 

 

So for now, If I would make new accounts, it would be to test stuff at the M0 level and the others I have were for comfortability throughout the ranks instead of being isolated in one tier.

I have several accounts. The reasons being, when I started playing Tanki and leveling up, I found it more difficult to score, earn crystals, and getting off the bottom of the battle list. I felt there was something I was missing and, if I were to survive this game, I had to find out what it was. Most of the accounts are experiments that failed. I searched the forums, asked questions, asked for advice from other players. Nothing seemed to be working, so I quit playing for awhile, though I would log in and play a battle or two just to keep my accounts active. 

 

Throughout the month, I play each account, because I would like to keep and mend them, if I can. When Tanki WAR #1 came out, I played on this account (the latest one made) and discovered what my problem was, so obvious. I had too many hulls and turrets MUing and not enough income. Tanki has changed and now we have missions to help with crystals and supplies. Hopefully, I can save my other accounts, but I can't afford to support them all with real world money, this is the only one that is a buyer.

To try a different "path".

 

At m1 I chose turrets I had never used before - Freeze and Vulcan. 

And will continue Hunter - unlike this account that has Viking.

To try different equipment, to train on new turrets before buying it on the main.
Play with friend that were left behind or new friend (use it to play with nives :D ).

Plus I was able to choose a cool name since we can't buy it with crystals no more :)

And ultimately drop this account when I reach the end of the game as legend plus I have no interest to play against legends buyers.

I didn't manage well my first accounts and when 3X Mission rewards and then 4 containers Mission rewards came I made new accounts to take advantage of those from the beginning.

 

Then before the Modules update, and the other recent expensive updates, my idea was to have 2 combos, I had those well upgraded and was slow with the modules, so when the update came I didn't get good coversion of my modules and having two combos was like I had wasted crystals by having another combo. I also got tired of nicknames, and wanted to have diferent combos because of the coming Overdrives. So I made newer accounts.

 

Now I'll rank slow with my newer low accounts because Tanki is more expensive, and play occasionally with my older mid accounts.

 

This @lssimo account is an example of my new accounts, as you see mainly one combo with upgraded modules. Have the crystals to buy a Drone and more, but since I unitentionally ranked up my @Issimo account, I'll stop playing with this and use it for the forum. I like the one big square of WO1.

I make them to come up with some funny names and let new players kill me, really that's why. But long ago the sole purpose was to get high K/Ds.

I never did. I used to make new accounts a while back but it felt unfair on new users plus what's the point in creating a new account when I have one with everything at M3.
