Have you missed all the posts mentioning players can just load up low gear and change in the battle?

And what about players that upgraded one combo but have nothing else.  Then they might be at a big disadvantage if their one very good combo is poor for that map.

The issue currently is not GS.  It's rank-spreads in MatchMaker.  They are too wide.  Narrow rank-spreads would prevent the silly 3000 vs 9000 because you have to rank up a lot more than the player with 9000 - unless the 3000 just had bad resource management.  In that case - they suffer or start over with lessons learned.

Eh, how about they leave everything as is, and bring back the original DM game mode. Slowly getting sick and tired of teammates, I want to go back to solo games like I did in 2017. Event DM modes are garbage. MM cannot be fixed. just let us break what's broken, adding a DM mode, even if less popular will cater to those who don't like team games.

I guess the devs' catering to buyers has come back to bite them in the butt - now with decreasing players day by day and this huge matchmaking issue, they have no choice but to release some F2P-friendly updates (I hope).

The imbalance in MM is the direct result of choices by devs to accelerate ranking to legend and adding so much difficult to obtain equipment that is required to be successful, along with a diminishing player-base that doesn't allow MM system to better separate players into reasonable tiers.  I've given up playing my lower legend and generalissimo accounts because they are too frustrating.

The GS system does a poor job of accurately measuring the strength of a tank as well, especially now with the increased importance of drones with respect to supplies.

Honestly I wasn't sure what to put my points I searched for a topic which was called "Let's discuss game balance" but I haven't found it or it even doesn't exist but I deloused nor I want to create a full topic. BTW, I decided to write in any random topic as there isn't any discussion in the forum stuck in the main point.

Ok I have 3 things I see they have to changed, which makes inconstanty.

First, Striker RRE should be able to explode the rocket even after the player die. Yes it's an annoying thing that many times I die and want to explode my rockets, so SPACE must enable exploding the rockets for me.  I know it maybe need more programming and maybe will make many glitches.. But Tanki at least give us one feature that unique than the abundance of OP Augments.

Second, Viking OD as it seems makes the players effect-less from the splash-damage. Have you ever went infront of a MM Viking-Thunder bot when he use the OD and you notice though of the high damage he got from the splash he haven't die? I'm not sure if what I say is correct but it must be no reducing of incoming damage for the player.

Thirdly, I think there must be a thing done about Booster-Defender when someone have a support drone and activate the supply for you. You wont be able to use your ability that you saved it for the crucial time.

Ok I'm not talking about balance, I only talk about the logical and reasonable/intuitive things. I'm not suggesting to buff Booster I really hate it. If this was a nerf, then Tanki don't know how to deal.

Honestly, I don't even know why this map is in mm. I'm not the type to play shaft and camp all game. And in Ctf or Team deathmatch or Siege or Assault you'll just get killed each time by at least 5 shafts sniping the whole game. Even though I play viking it's too annoying to run all the way from spawn get killed and run again. Please remove this map from the mm pool.

Not even talking about TJR gameplay, it is basically a camping manifest. Luck is to those who use boosted Heavy Capacitors or who managed to infiltrate the enemies' base with a charged Viking

There are heavy melee maps just as this is a heavy sniper map. Horses for courses. I don't see an issue - it's not hard to leave.

We all want things to perfectly suit our own style of play. However, accepting there are other ways to be is just part of life. Lets all just get along ?

Actually, you're right. And Massacre used to be such a fun map to play on back then, especially for team battles.

Stadium map is a very cool back in days, it was fullfeed with Railguns and Shafts. I was Hornet-Railgun. In this map I learnt the strategy of hide&shoot. It was a really nice and a competitive for Railguns to snipe&hide each others from the opposites.

But now in MM, I play with a variety of turrets, I spend less time in Railgun or sniper turrets. It's a really annoying and a disgusting map, especially with the mode objectives like Flag or Control point. You just get sniped all the time by them. When it was in battle list, it was up to me if I want to enter it with my Sniper set, or play another map, because this map isn't a playable without a Sniper turret.

@Ethiaa The only in favor of melee turrets map is Archipelago, the rest of the maps are balanced for every turret except the huge maps which are disgustingly in favor of snipers.

I don't care though, you've just got to make it work... or leave so you can get stadium at last!

It only seems that way ever since the tanks drive (or fly in the case of Hopper) around at about 100 mph.

I was trying to avoid evoking this question, but I have to ask you as you consist. Which are the small/in favor of melee maps you see in MM pool?

I have had some good battles on Stadium when my team doesn't camp, and the other team often loses badly if they camp and my team doesn't (in CP and ASL, not so much for RGB and CTF because of the different way the map is divided)

I'll quit if I'm in a team of campers, but I'll stay and see how the battle develops if I'm not

I'd rather remove campers from the MM pool ?
