Suggestions for players:  grown-up issues require grown-up work and take time to resolve.  Pestering the devs/mods does no one any good.  If you want to vent, go out into your yard and shout at the cats or kick your dog.

 

Suggestion for devs/mods:  1 day of premium, 2 containers, and/or 3  weekly containers for each day the server was affected.  The lag affected more than just the pro battles and it definitely screwed many people working on their missions.

Why? The pro pass is only 5k at most which is relatively easy to earn back plus a lot more.

I assume this Pro problem is related to the horrendous lag issue and the constant crashes.

 

It is getting old really fast: play 90% of a battle, expending supplies enough to ensurer a top position (stars events), and the turrets start spinning and then the screen goes gray just before the battle ends.  Refresh and you get:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then after the site comes back online (1 minute to 10 minutes) it takes two, three, four minutes to log in...if you can log in at all...many times i get the "server closed the connection" dialog box.  Then there is trying to load a battle...geez.

Why this server Irritation only occurs in special events? Why it doesn't occurs on normal days?

what the heck is the deal about PRO battles anyway? I mean, the only advantages are: more crystals, getting M2/M3 product kits earlier and all that stuff. And XP/BP? u need to be at least WO5 for XP and captain for BP. the best PRO battle is Colonel >>Generalissimo/Legend when playing with Fire and Wasp/Hornet  :ph34r:

Pro battles are more fair battles ( in general ) , you can choose your system , your map , with your equipment , and with or without drugs . In normal battles you have to use plenty of drugs , you cannot choose your team , your map , and more especially  in general you do need strategy since the battles normally take longer .I played many battles +3h on pro , vs the 7 min battles in non pro .

I do not believe there is more crystals in pro , and no kits etc ... those are premium things , pro battles are battle format which are not in the MM system .

It depends , what map you like ?

For example : i like noise ctf , rio ctf , stadium rgb , polygon cp  those are like always running . I do also like many other maps like esplanade , chernobyl , cross etc etc .

I prefer no drugs , and sometimes i like to play also no upgrades , which makes it interesting for lower ranked people to play together with multiple legends . 

Others like to play zone or island , which i do not like so much but that is what pro battle is all about . You can look the different styles and maps , and after a while you find the maps which suit you the most and there you always will probably see the same people again , so they go in your friendslist . This also makes you follow sometimes them in a map or battle you dont know and since you know how they play and opposite , you work on the techniques to improve your gameplay and see how to go around a defence ...

PS , this is how normal battles worked also , but they took the fun out of that .

i had a same problem and this means T.O has fixed the problem temporary,not permanently

Really depends on your preferences. If you're not experienced with PRO battles and different maps, I suggest you to first join several battles and play on different maps to see what suits you the most. As for settings for each individual game that I make, I prefer CTF with bigger teams and playing without drugs (drops only):

Its boring without supplies, but I admire your patience to play without supplies  :o

Patience? Nothing to be patient about, you just play and rely on your skill to outwit your opponent :) For me, supplies are boring but I guess it's all a matter of taste :)

As I said in a previous post, yesterday I had a meeting with the team.

 

From what I've been told, the situation is now stable, and we've taken precautions to minimize the risks of this happening again.

 

But let me be clear about something. No matter how big the defenses, they're never a guarantee. Failures happen. Weak points show up. Attackers get new, more powerful tools.

 

We cannot promise that this will never happen again, because we can't guarantee it — no company can.

 

But if it does happen again, please understand that we'll be doing our best to bring everything back to normal ASAP.

The problem is definitely not fixed i think.  I am unable to enter the game through client or wen.  Occasionally i get in but cannot access garage and have bad ping in battles?

 

An update on the situation would be much appreciated
