Idea about micro-upgrades

Recommended Posts

Make it so every time you complete one upgrade, the next modification gets cheaper for amount of crystals that you spent on upgrading. For example if modification has 10 upgrades, for each completed upgrade the price gets discounted by 10%, and if it has 20 upgrades to complete like m0 has, then m1 is discounted by 5%. This update was in the game, i think about 2 or 3 years ago but it got removed i don't know why, but i would like it back because it makes sense.

Declined.

We do not accept ideas for discounts or reducing items' prices.

It doesn't have to be a discount-the same overall sum you spend on the M1 should be broken up differently.

But it can't just go from most expensive to cheaper-since then no new players would ever upgrade.

I think all upgrades the first half (for M1 to M2 turret 10/20 upgrades) of the total amount of required upgrades should consistently go up, and the next half should consistently go down.

I am not suggesting a discount!

It really would help if the first few and last few upgrades were cheaper.

I agree. I want to take my equipment up to M2, but I only have 6k. (Not that much, IMO)

This is really not reducing the game's prices.

It is just making a normal system that helps making payments easier.

"Make it so every time you complete one upgrade, the next modification gets cheaper for amount of crystals that you spent on upgrading".

That is reducing the item's prices.

If it's not a "reduction in price", then it is definitely a discount, which is also declined.

All in all, this is essentially reducing the price of something in the game.

I remember upgrading my M0 Railgun's reload time parameter (it had 9 upgrades while the others had 15+), and I only got a 5% discount. Pretty sure I spent 20k crystals in upgrades, just to get 5% discount off of something worth 31k. That was the most disappointing moment I had in Tanki back then.

That system is no longer in place, as all parameters are upgraded at once. If you're getting a 10% discount for having it upgraded at 10/20, that is reducing the item's price via a discount that you are suggesting to implement.
