Since almost all these Legends are active (very active) they switch places all the time and rank-up frequently.  I have been updating once or twice a day.  At some point, I will only update once a week since it takes quite a bit of time.  I could kill off the L60-L69 group of Legends to make it a smaller workload, but L60+ is still so massive :)

 

Anyway, thanks for the heads up.  CHELYABINSK_LR Legend 92 has taken his rightful place at #20...at least until Vicelard plays tomorrow :)

I updated the list and added a spiffy bit of glitz (OK, I think so anyway) for the Ubers.  Leave a "like" on the first post (the list post)...if you like the list or the new artwork of course. 

 

Quite a few new finds...even one or two in the Top 20 and lots of movement within the list and Honorable Mentions.

It is pretty clear, he got to legend 69 before the creation of the rating page (end of year 2015). Since then he probably logged once, equipped viking hammer combo and used 2 supplies, killed one guy and earned 10 xp. After this great achievement he logged off and was never seen again.

I remember playing against SHERXAN all the way back in 2014 in Iran CTF. Basically back when I was a big fat Gold mult. :LOL: From memory SHERXAN was part of a raid team back in the day.

I did a full update today.  Honorable Mentions are in correct order as of this post.  Two more Legends 60+ were found and added to the Honorable Mentions lists.

 

Big news in the Legend race:  35011 overtakes Dont_Panic for the number 3 spot.  I just checked this again after I posted it and Dont_Panic is in the process of racking up some XP, so we will see if he re-takes third place...

 

 

And just for your entertainment, I ran across a really weird Recruit profile...this guy seems to be a very dedicated Gold Mult  :)

if you care about value-for-crystals, then i think hornet hammer is great buy, its very cheap.

 

if you just want to be OP, and don't mid spending a bit extra, i think a kit with hunter or titan would be a great buy. they have really strong overdrives, which reload very very fast.

 

if you like capturing flags and scoring goals, then hunter would be the hull in ur kit.

if you're more of a support / defensive player (like me), who likes to camp, maintain good K/D, then titan is better for you.

 

i assume your twins viking is fully MUd, so that rules out twins-hunter and twins-titan kits, so perhaps rico-hunter or rico-titan

rico is great with the long distance alteration (which is quite cheap, 20k or so)

 

firebird-hunter is also very good.

firebird will be very effective when paired with hunter overdrive.

it also has good alterations, the longer afterburn one and the one that increases range a bit (the cheapest one).

 

if ur really really good with striker, perhaps hunter-striker or titan-striker, and the alteration that increases damage.

its hard to aim accurately with it though.

 

rico has a range advantage over firebird, and and accuracy advantage over striker.

thats why i prefer it.

 

if a rail / thunder shoots me from far, i'd like to be able to do a little bit of damage to it before dying.

 

but on smaller and medium maps, firebird is a beast, and EASILY outperforms rico.

 

other than that, keep an eye on weapons that are dominating in battles that you play.

 

i rarely see magnum / striker / shafts finishing first, in the ranks till Marshall.

I have enough crystals saved up already to MU any M3 kit all the way to M4.  Which do you think is better, MU one M3 kit to M4, or buy two kits and MU them both about half way to M4?   Or buy three kits for a very diverse M3 garage but nothing MUed much?  Diverse like Fire, Rico, Hunter Titian but lower MUs or one badass kit like Prometheus fullly MUed to M4?

 

I don't intend to spend any more crystals on M2 stuff, I will suffer and slog through to rank25 (M3 kits unlock) with what I have, but I want to come out of the rank25 gate slamming and jamming...so what kit or kits are the most effective in the Legend ranks?

 

In the Uber-Legends, I mostly see them using almost every turret and hull but Titian shows up most often

After quite a bit of seemingly sound advice, I've narrows the field a bit.  Firebird, Shaft, Rico, Smoky and Hunter, Titian, Hornet so Prometheus (Firebird/Hunter) and Rock Climber (Rico/Titian) with Centaur (Shaft/Hornet) to come later.  Prometheus and Rock Climber: I have enough crystals now to bring one of these up to M4 right away or bring both up to around 10/20   I'm kind of inclined to go with Prometheus straight to M4 and wait a bit on Rock Climber.

Updated the lists today.  I found several new additions to the ranks of Uber-Legends in the Honorable Mentions, but no one new in the Top 20.  Some movement and shifting around positions, but nothing earth shaking.

 

 Boris4311 is about to become Legend 163...wow.

Lots of movement in the top ten and other high ranking Legends...wow, they must be raking in the stars!

 

#1 is a long way to go and Boris4311 doesn't seem to be slowing down much.  Dont_Panic has dropped back to the #5 slot and there are some very aggressive players on their way up.  emcuk was at Legend 108 in my last update about three weeks ago.  Now he (or she) is at 114.  P_E_C_H_u_4_K_A_GT went from 102 to 108.

 

I wonder if these players know their progress is being tracked and they have fans cheering them on.

I looked at the Ratings profiles of the Top 10 highest Legends.

 

Boris4311, acca-01, 35011, Jl.l-O.6.O.B.H.U.K, khanh103, LIJ-A-M-A-N, and emcuk played in Control Points significantly more than any other game mode.

 

Dont_Panic played significantly more Capture The Flag and Control Points more than any other game mode.

 

Immortal_HeRo_DoW played significantly more Capture The Flag, Control Points, and Deathmatch more than any other game mode.

 

TURBO_FENIKS played significantly more Deathmatch than any other game mode.

 

Seems to be that Control Points is the best mode to get a lot of exp.

Well @ALEX22THEBEST did say that CP is the best mode for EXP. 

 

It has many capture points and just neutralising the point gives you EXP.

For sure... In my opinion CP and CTF are the best for earning XP, and RGB is the most fun.

nah ctf is the worst mode to play in MM you have to spend lots of supplies to capture 1 flag under the presure of thunders/Magnums, I lost 0.05 of my D/L in my low acc to finally complete the 100 flags task in the demolishion war, Rugby isn't much different from CTF but yeah CP is defenitely the best for earning experience

The whole list including Honorable Mentions has been updated.  The Top 20 are in order as of Sept 2. 

 

I'm pretty sure all the Legends 70+ are in the right order of XP unless they moved up since yesterday...I didn't check today. 

 

Legends 60+ are only put into their current numerical ranking.  I'm not going to try to sort out who is ahead of who in each specific rank any more.  I may start doing that with the Legends 70+ soon since it is lots of work putting them in order by rank and in order within each rank...there are getting to be a lot of Uber-Legends...113 have been found so far. :)

 

There has been a lot of movement upwards but not tons of shifting positions.   Many of the Uber-Legends have risen a couple of ranks but only a few have overtaken other players.

 

 

.....I agree that CP is the way to go for quicker XP.   Back in the day, I played CP with my friends almost exclusively...on Island.  You could really gain XP fast with all the dying, killing, and the point getting turned constantly.
