You were fingertips away from getting a gold box and you had full health, but then a shaft sniped you and you died.

 

Or

 

You were about to score a touchdown when a smoky hit you in a corner and made you hit the wall, which prevented you from scoring the touchdown.

 

Here's mine.

 

 

Ok so I had double damage on and was locked on an unprotected Viking shaft, already landed one shot on him, and knew the next shot would kill him. However, a twins kept pushing me back, which prevented me from getting the kill.

Joined a MM match where my team had 1 cap and the opp team had 4 I capped 3 flags within 2.5 mins and in the last min a wasp fire planted a bomb killed me and others and ran to cap flag and was successful. It was sandbox MM

A few days ago, a gold box was dropping. As usual it was on the other side of the map. I loaded SB and got there when it was fairly close to the ground. A Wasp set a bomb, killing everyone in the area. The box was just about to touch the ground. Three others on my team came out of nowhere to catch it. By now, it's on the ground being fought over. The opposing team was giving us heavy fire. My RK was just coming out of cooldown when another Wasp flew by and set another bomb and a Mag finished off the rest of us. The Wasp that set the first bomb grabbed the gold box.

That's me even when using Hornet-Shaft with Eagle. One time I was racing for the gold.... And a DD Hunter-Shaft one shotted me. Looks like I needed to get Eagle upgraded with my Hornet....

Oh boy.

 

All the times my lag put me in dire situations, by making me miss or turn in a different direction. When a striker/railgun on my team shoots me and makes me miss a target. When magnums eat away half my HP with one shot, and basically destroy the whole strategy I have in mind.

 

Let me not forget of course, all the times I've been wrongly accused of starting fights in parkour, like when this guy who JuSt DoEsNt LiKe Me calls his friends into the match, and they start sweeping the floor with my tank, very fun.

 

These moments prevent me from enjoying the game, that's why I like the old tanki better, but I'm not gonna rant here, I still do find some features of this tanki to be really fun.

         A 60 flag Hill CTF. I'd been playing for about 45 minutes in the battle and we were winning and only had about 15 caps left. The other team emptied often, and I hoped that early battle termination would end it, but right when it was about to end a player joined. I was in the top spot (because my OG teammates had left and I had the biggest score) fund was pretty big, and 2 golds had dropped in the battle already (jump hacker took 1 and I took the other). For some "important" reason, my sister wanted to watch a youtoube video or something on my computer. I say that I'll be done in 2 minutes so I can buy myself some time and hope that the battle will end early. My sister comes back and I'm forced to leave that battle and lose about 45 minutes of hard work and (possibly) thousands of crystals. I was a WO5 at the time.

I was using Shaft with rapid fire mode alt, and hornet.

 

Then a titan/shaft shifted in his dome, so I decided I would also use my overdrive, and kill him and make him rage xD

 

well, I shifted, clicked 3 (DD) and shot at him three times (cause thats how much RapidFireMode allows before fully depleting)

But on my last shot at him, his teammate came up on a higher platform, and the shot auto aimed for him, and the titan didn't die in his dome, and since the dome heals him, I couldn't wait for it to reload :(

Oh another one.... but not stupid sight. I was in Massacre ASL (or CTF I forgot) as red team. I saw an enemy Viking-Shaft (he/she was at the end of the map) hovering his/her sight (not laser) to my Isida teammate.

 

In a rapid response, guess what happened? I drifted my Hornet as a barricade for the medic and me took that sniper shot instead. Darn, I didn't survive that even with my (single) M2 Eagle equipped. 

 

In retaliation, I sniped that Viking-Shaft with DD whether he/she is in my sight.

 

At the end of the day, when capping a flag (especially CTF), make sure you have a bodyguard or two to stick with you.

The gold box was going to be dropped soon. I spawned close to the area and looked around for any enemies that could kill me. The two I saw were distracted and the ones below didn't see the spot. I look to the spot and saw someone's ghost tank spawn right next to it. As soon as he materialised, I one-shotted him.

 

The meteorite is about to hit. Then, a Smoky started shooting me. The meteorite landed. I had enough HP + a repair kit to survive until I get to the gold. The Smoky shoots me again. I'm at the final stretch. The Smoky hits me one last time and immediately after the Smoky turned the direction of my tank away from the gold, the Hunter Firebird behind me zapped me, making me come to a halt away from the gold box. If the Smoky hadn't had shot me at the last moment, I would have smoothly stopped to a halt on the gold box marker and took it.

In the last 'Kills' challenge (before stars) you had to get 2500 kills for the final prize (15 conts, Secret of the Aliens paint, and maybe supplies i forgot). Anyway, The kill counter in tanki wasn't working, so I tried to guess how many kills I had...My mistake. Turns out, at the end I had 2484 kills... I cried... For real.
