Listen-if it takes a long time-it be since it actually has a good chance of being implemented.

Nah-these systems don't usualy drop items like that. I also had such an experience in the AWS when my article The Long Road to Tanki (a Poem) didn't appear for over 2 weeks!-but I PMed a mod for progress. Maybe 

Maf would be as nice as Flexco.

Continuing the tradition of annual I&S reports, here's the data to summarise what's been happening in this section over the past year  :)

 

May 2018 to May 2019:

 

Number of ideas approved and marked as "valid": 300
Number of ideas declined: 427
Number of duplicate ideas merged: 764 (approx.)
Number of invalid topics locked: 87
Number of topics hidden without approval: 180 (approx.)
 
Number of ideas forwarded to developers: 273
Number of ideas implemented in the game: 97
 
Total number of idea topics submitted by players and processed by moderators: 1550 (on average 4.2 per day)

Obviously less total ideas this year compared to before, but that's hardly surprising. A lot more completed ideas though, so that's nice.

Looks like we had some really bad ideas this year :D 97 were implemented? Who's responsible now, Tanki or the players?

So can I suggest this idea?:

Why not make a different system than the current group system of where you can start topics.

Why can't I start a topic in this forum-but players with hardly any posts are able to post anything-regardless of their experience in the forum?

The groups must be revamped urgently!

 

 

The system is in place to prevent players using disposable low rank accounts to break rules on the forum, like spam a bunch of topics. Limiting their permissions helps avoid that. In the majority of cases, players discover the forum only once they're way past the WO-1 rank, so they come here already having full permissions. You're a rare exception, so unfortunately you have to bear with it a bit longer, until you rank up one more time.

 

If the problem is from players spamming, why can't it be something based somewhat on posts (and likes)?

Why should a player be able to start posting topics with hardly any posts-just because they have the rank?

Anyone with several high accounts is still able to spam :ph34r:-even though they don't have any posts-so require 50 posts in order to post a topic?

No? :(

So-if there is enough players at my rank on the forum requesting this-would you allow it?

Can we like have a topic to run a petition to see how many players would need this?

Possibly. But just letting you know that so far you're basically one of the only players below WO-1 who actively uses the forum. It will be faster for you to play a few games and rank up to gain full forum permissions. You need just 13 300 more EXP.

Does anybody know why the forum was down yesterday?

Tanki didn't even put a reason on the homepage-I guess they don't really care about the forum. :ph34r: :angry:

Nothing unusual. The forum goes down every now and then, so they only put up an announcement if it's something serious, lasting more than 10 hours.

Okay-so to some extent they do care-but if such a thing would happen to the game or ESports they would put it on the homepage-why is the forum never on the homepage? (although I do understand there is less to announce about the forum)

Because the forum is less important. Compared to the scale of the whole game, barely anyone regularly uses the forum despite it being basically the main platform for announcements.

If u think of it, apart from Isida, there has never been a turret truly designed for supportive purposes, which is where my idea comes from, I believe TANKI should make a “harpoon” turret, the turret has a limited range more than freeze and firebut less than twins , the turret shoots a harpoon spear at the enemy which results in some damage, maybe a little bit more than a single thunder shot of the same modification but here’s where the harpoon part comes in, the gun lattches on to the enemy tank and depending on the users hull, there weight and power, they can restrict the enemy hulls movement and control and immobilise them, this lasts for around 5-10 secs and the enemy can’t move freely, but can attack freely, after the user waits a while to reload, slightly longer than a Railgun...this can be perfect against speedy flag captureres like wasp or hornet getting the flag, but here’s the catch, if the enemy hull has more power and weight than the hull with the harpoon, then the attacker can be moved around by the enemy hull, and will have a harder time controlling it , alterations could include, longer latch on time for less damage, or more damage for less latch on time, or slower shooting speed for added range the turret rotation will be slightly faster than Railgun . where wasps with nitro take the flag and run, they can easily be stopped with the harpoon gun and the rest of team can swiftly finish them of , the damage will be a little bit higher than the thunder of same modification, but it shoots slower and can’t do damage while latching on, while latched on, the player can press space again to detach before the turret does so automatically and the reload process starts again, reload should be longer than Railgun by 2-4 secs a good name for this turret could be “Poseidon” due to the seawater weapon , and harpoons being used in the sea in real life

 So, for example, rhomboids should only be assembled with diamonds or dice with dice only!

 

 

 It is very difficult to play with dice with stars or even higher levels!

 

 

 We hope your request will get to you and fix this problem as soon as possible!

 

 

 We buy a lot in the tanki and it's still hard to play because of the differences in level!

Nice description of ranks that you gave.

Rank differences are not supposed to be too big, like Warrant Officers playing with Brigadiers, nor be too small, otherwise battles may take too long to load. I don't think that MM pairs us with very high ranks (example, 6 ranks above you), since I've never been in such a battle.

Others may have different experiences, though.
