So.,.. today.... 5th June.  What exactly is today's 50% on?

Danged if I can find anything at 50% today anywhere in the garage.

Looks like someone at Tanki Towers goofed.

Should have been fine by 2:30 UTC + 0, when I bought some stuff. Dunno if it's occurred to specific tankers only? I bought them on mobile btw. I guess the PC version was messed up

Alterations - click on a turret or hull in your garage.

You need to have a SB handy to go with your OD.  They stack.  That's how the mammoth caught my Titan, even though my Titan should be faster.

I'm using it at Brigadier - catch many enemies off guard - they don't realize how fast a Mammoth + OD + SB really is.

Yes, I've been using speed boost with it. Whenever I;m close to getting my Overdrive, I look to see if my speed boost supply is about to run out or not because I know they stack. If my speed boost (manually activated) is almost done, then I wouldn't use it unless it is necessary. I would respawn and then use my Speed boost with it.

But when players see me and drive backwards I'm only slightly faster than them. For reference, if they're 20 metres away from me and I chase them with my Overdrive + speed boost supply, I would only end up around 10 - 15 metres away (depending on the hull). And then they have the ability to drive off edges and land with ease while with my slow speed, it'll take a bit for me to recovers and accelerate to full speed again.

I feel like I waste my Overdrive when that happens.

... And click on the second alteration box.

Thanks, my bad.  Got it.

Thought there'd be the red logo sale logo on the outside, but apparently not.

Certainly does not always work out - not sure if it was designed with "chasing" in mind.  But it can be a nasty surprise from time to time.

Plus works more often on smaller-type maps or when you have lots of cover and they don't see you until last second.

Somewhat akin to a crocodile - they don't look fast - but over short distance they can really move and ambush.

There are some really observant players around and whenever they seem me coming, then run away. Whenever I see a Mammoth after two minutes since the battle started, I already know that they have their Overdrive so I should proceed with caution.

Sure, they won't see you around the wall to know that you seem like your Overdrive is ready but they can also use those walls to get away from you. With a high top speed and better maneuverability around corners, they'd slip around them while you have a harder time getting around them yourself. I like Sandal for its small size but all of those obstacles prove to be a hindrance from time to time.

It could be that I'm facing too many observant players. It's great to see them observant but the side effect of that is that I often can't catch them off-guard.

It rocks in RGB mode though, especially in Sandal RGB. Unless you have Wasps, you can't stop that. Hunter can stop it but would you really want to try to get the ball when it's right under the Mammoth?

There should be on the Turrets button and then on the second alterations box so players can follow the sale icon.

Wasn't it always like that? I don't remember ever seeing a % sign on the turrets section whenever an alteration sale came. I knew to check the alterations box and I saw the discounts there.

Maybe it's because we had all of the garage sales (except micro-upgrades) on one day so since we saw the % sign on turrets, we saw it as a sale on alterations as well and that may have caused confusion today.

The alterations button did have a banner on it, but there wasnt % at turrets. Now developers decided to hide both.

I'm glad it's not just me.

Usually I go looking for the % icon but couldn't find it on anything.

Also, usually Tanki list what sale is on what item for each day.  I note they haven't done that this time - they just said sales on x, y and z from 2nd to 9th without saying what's happening when.
