? Coincidentally with the release of Ares some players are facing random self-destruction followed by a No-Destroy-Turrets bug.

It's definitely Overdrives in my case. Happens with Hunter and Titan, and even Dictator a few times. 

 

If I died while I'm stunned by a Hunter, I self-destructed after spawning. 

 

If I self-destruct in my own dome, I self-destructed after spawning. If I self-destructed in my ally's dome, I self-destructed after spawning. If I get killed by an enemy Titan while we're BOTH in the enemy Titan's dome, then I self-destructed after spawning. If I get killed by an enemy who is in their dome and I am outside of it, I self-destructed after spawning. 

 

A few times, when a Dictator killed me a few seconds after activating their Overdrive, I self-destructed after spawning.

@Viking4s, Maybe remove the 4th question in faq, as I dont think a player can create a new acc with Mobile Version becoz once you download the game, it puts u into Login Screen, not creates a acc with user_.....

I can only see signing option with FB or Google account (beside the Sign in with a Tanki Online account). If you have something different please share screenshot.

If old mobile player still have user_xxxx then they still need that info/question.

An update on this. 

 

The frequency of the self-destructions has decreased considerably recently. If a Hornet kills me with its Overdrive, 2/10 times I would self-destruct, much better than before. With Viking, 1/10 times, Hunter, 2/10 times, and Wasp, 2/10 times. A few times I would self-destruct after dying from no Overdrives but this is rare enough not to worry about it too much.

 

However, the one trigger that has remained 100% consistent is dying inside of a Titan dome, regardless of if it is an allied dome or an enemy dome. What has stopped is self-destructing after an enemy in their dome kills me who is outside of it. If I am destroyed in any way inside of a Titan dome, I will 100% self-destruct after spawning. I had an instance where I self-destructed three times in a row. 

I died inside of a dome, repsawned, self-destructed, respawned, self-destructed, respawned, self-destructed and the next time I didn't self-destruct. A handful of times it has made me self-destruct twice in a row. I don't know what the trigger is for more than one self-destruction at a time.

 

Conclusion, it's rather uncomfortable using Titan now but I have to because my Hunter dies much quicker and Titan is easier to maneuver. I'll have to stay away from Siege since that's where I see Titans the most. 

 

 

Here is a battle where I had multiple self-destructions in a row, twice. (I'm last place)

As I play more and more, I realised that it's worse than I thought. So being destroyed inside of a Titan dome makes me self-destruct upon respawning. If I happen to stay inside of an ally unmaterialised for a good number of seconda, I may not self-destruct upon materialising but I will not deal damage nor pick up drop boxes, so it seems those two effects are separate. 

 

What I'm noticing now with the dome is this:

 

Let's say I happen to die to an enemy Titan on a spot on the map. Whilst my camera is moving back towards my base, the aforementioned Titan puts down their dome. The result is I will self-destruct after spawning, despite being killed when the dome was not present. This has happened too many times for comfort. So now, an additional trigger is having a Titan activate their Overdrive on the spot that you died. 

 

Another thing, if I were to die, and whilst my camera is heading back to the base, our allied Titan activates their dome on my spawn location, I will self-destruct. 

 

Conclusion: I'm not safe anywhere, send help. ?

 

I haven't noticed any other triggers and these new experiences have narrowed down the cause of the self-destructions. I still have not found the trigger for multiple self-destructions in a row. I will now send the complaint to the HTML5 Bug Report thread.

? NEW Patch Mobile Patch Update - Released 17th September 2020 

 Dev news: 3D bushes, turret changes, and mobile version 

# Added auto shooting mode for several turrets: Firebird, Freeze, Isida, Hammer, Twins, Ricochet, Smoky, Striker, Thunder, Railgun, Gauss, Shaft and Terminator. As soon as your rounds can reach a target, your tank will shoot automatically. However, no button to disable it in settings.

# Possibility to switch shooting mode by double tapping on the screen, for several turrets: Twins, Striker, Vulcan, Magnum, Gauss, Shaft and Terminator.

# Possibility to shoot by double tapping on the screen, for several turrets: Hammer, Thunder and Railgun.

# Changed the Magnum turret

Added a displayed trajectory which highlights where your projectile will land when aiming;
Now you can rotate Magnum like any other turret by default;
Now with the «Reinforced gun carriage» Turret Augment Alteration magnum reinforced gun carriage.png you can change the angle of elevation;
Changes of Magnum’s characteristics;

  • Initial shot angle was increased to 12 degrees for both horizontal (from 3) and vertical modes (from 10);
  • Min projectile speed (m/sec) was decreased from 35 to 30;
  • Max projectile speed (m/sec) was decreased from 140 to 130;
  • Projectile gravitation was decreased from 5.0 to 4.5;
  • Average splash damage (%) was increased from 30% to 50%.

# Fixed layout of Showcase cards for devices with high screen resolution.

# Updated prices in the Shop.

I think I actually got 1 000 free crystals a couple of month ago ? , so either it is new and I have a bad memory or they increase its occurrence.

I got 100 and 1000 free today ?


1 day of premium for 79 tankoins is interesting but i was hoping for 3 days a that price.

@At_Shin  I was able to collect 100 free cry and this 1,000 after hitting the refresh button.

 

I saw those cheap items too.  I believe they are desperate to milk even a dime from the existing playerbase.  Most people wouldn't mind spend a little cash on a game these days (when they are low on tankcoins and see these items).

Every other turret has no shoot button and will look like this on the screen.

Autoshoot is terrible for recoil turrets with light hulls, there is no possibility to stabilise your tank when jumping from cliff, nor possibility to use the splash damage from Thunder to its full potential. 
We should have the possibility to shoot even if no enemy tank in your aim.

Not for smoky, I double tap and nothing happen, no shooting.
