I know I sound mean but every time I leave a suggestion it gets bashed without any reasoning. I resort to insults because people on the internet are bad natured, and I basically give up trying to reason with them because they are incredibly stubborn and stupid. Like everything I say is correct, and instead of just facing the fact that I’m right, they are so egotistical they are not comfortable with themselves in agreeing with me. This is the world we live in, its better to just stay off the internet completely imo.

True veterans are those who don't refer to or boast about how long they have been playing. Most probably the "ant" is usually a more experienced and skilled player sharing his/her views. Many lower ranked players are actually alternate accounts of Legends, so trying to belittle them is just going to tarnish your reputation. Plus, the old times are over and in order to enjoy this new game, you need to adapt.

If you find their argument nonsensical, or someone is trying to act a troll, ignore them. The level of toxicity in the Forum really has increased in the past few years.

Has the blast radius of the meteorite been decreased? It looks like it has.

 

Also, Golds were dropping in an Aleksandrovsk battle but I wasn't paying attention to that, I was capturing flags for my team that was mostly distracted. After I had captured a flag and killed 2 of the enemies, I had decided to retreat off of the ledge by the building that has the double armour and double damage supply drop marker because the players that were previously killed were spawning. I saw an explosion, thinking it was a Wasp bomb, and I dropped straight onto the gold and took it. At that moment, I had forgotten that a gold was dropping and I had accidentally took it from players that were waiting patiently at the drop zone. Probably the only gold I'll take on this account.

With the new overdrives it is not fun to catch meteorites. Everywhere are buyers mammoths and titans and you dont have any chance to catch gold box with wasp...

I remember this celebration last year, I really enjoyed it, I played 10 hours a day and caught 100 golds a week, mammoth couldnť stop me....

With these ovedrives its not fun anymore and I feel I am going to play PRO battles...

I believe that it would be a necessary change that during those events, for the short time of the gold drop all overdrives are suspended, and will be back online once a player has achieved to take the gold box.

Hello, this is a reason why it isn't a good idea to implement this:

 

I don't agree with you on disabling Overdrives when a gold box is dropping because it can disrupt what strategy a player may have had to steal a flag and capture it or deal with a group of enemies. 

 

Let's say you're a Hunter with supplies enabled. You have your Overdrive and you see a group of 4 enemies. Your sneak around them and start to shoot, as soon as you're about to press Shift, "Gold box will be dropped soon" appears and your Overdrive is disabled. The enemies notice you, turn around and 4 v 1 you. 

 

Let's say you're a Dictator with a team that is currently severely injured. They are grouped together currently and none have their Overdrives ready. You have yours and are about to give them supplies and Overdrive charge when "Gold box will be dropped soon". You can't give them supplies, they will stay wounded and supplyless. The enemy team then tramples them because you couldn't help them. 

 

Let's say you're a Mammoth with the Rugby ball approaching the enemy base.  Since your Overdrive duration has been cut in half, you need to get up closer. A group of enemies are blocking the capture point and shooting at you. A Hunter is nearby with you and will stun the enemies for an efficient touchdown. The Hunter gets close, so do you, when suddenly "Gold box will be dropped soon". You can't use your Overdrive and you must try your hardest while outnumbered to win but you don't. 

 

 

Disabling it just for the sake of golds is ruining the dynamic flow of capture-based modes. It's 10x golds. That would be happening a lot and it will piss players off. And players could just drop golds to stop a push that would have been much stronger if they used their Overdrives against them.
