It would if they need to get another shot in. What if that first shot didn't kill them because they had protection against the turret?

 

It's possible for an M4 heavy hull with 50% Railgun protection and double armour to survive a max-levelled Booster Drone-powered LCR Railgun shot.


So you (maybe if they have DA) can't one-shot a heavy with 50% protection. I see no problem with that...

 

What's the point of using a heavy hull with 50% + DA if you can still be one-shotted?

 

 

It isn't the only one, but it's the one that unlocks the earliest.

 

But I suppose nothing can really be done about that since I doubt they'd revert the kit unlock ranks in the shop.

 

It would be so much better if they went in detail about why they made each change.

Should have clarified. It's the earliest M2 kit I was referring to.

Because it's only 5 seconds of almost guaranteed vulnerability against the Railgun. I'm pretty sure you'd catch it without the 200% boost most of the time.

 

And it's only one player out of 8 players. If my heavy hull allows me to withstand the barrages of Thunder, Smoky and Ricochet projectiles, then I wouldn't consider switching to a hull with less health just because one enemy has the power to one-shot me.

RIP booster? This is definitely a massive buff, now it will literally work for 3 seconds, then pause for 3 seconds and so on.

You forget the fact that it only activates when you collect or utilize a double damage... So 10s or 3s doesn't make much of a difference.

XxStriker is right - the 3 second recharge rarely makes a difference. The only time it might matter is if you activate DD, and then pick up a DD box once the 3 seconds is up.

 

If a player can control a double damage drop zone, then they are all-powerful. They can use it manually and get a big damage boost. Then 3 seconds later, they can go over the supply drop and get another 3 seconds of boosted damage. 

Drop boxes fall once every 120 seconds. Sure, you might be able to control one box and it will be a bit of an advantage, but DDs don't usually lie around for a long time so I doubt you'd be able to just go from one box to the next so easily.

Ikr, like they could’ve nerfed isidas damage or that ridiculously OP alt for fire that makes it shoot for 12 seconds, but I mean, its only a .5 second nerf so not really anything lol.

Good changes, I’m happy to see you guys keep on nerfing hammer. I’d hoped for a triple shot shaft nerf too, but the booster nerf will probably make up for it.

 

For once I actually agree with you, those rapid fire mode shafts are really annoying.

 

And duplet nerf was nice too.

Did you purposefully skip the 4 buffs that came to 4 of its alterations and focused only on the one alteration that was nerfed?

 

 

Ikr, like they could’ve nerfed isidas damage or that ridiculously OP alt for fire that makes it shoot for 12 seconds, but I mean, its only a .5 second nerf so not really anything lol.


Incendiary Mix allows the Firebird to shoot for 10 seconds. That alteration needs a nerf as soon as possible.

Incendiary Smoky - lights the target on fire
Incendiary Fire - takes away burning effect

 

Where's the logic in these names? :blink:

not sure why you even touched the ricochet , seeing its not as good as it use to be, the more cut backs down to it the worse it gets.

just put it back to the way it was in the past. I seldom can battle now.

Two of its alterations received buffs.  :huh: If it's not as great as it used to be, then buffing something pertaining to it is better than leaving it alone.

Please add Skylark and Deathtrack to MM! They are fun and wonderful maps. Big, but not too big, and varied in landscape.

 

(Also, gauss didn't need a buff.)  :ph34r:

I still felt like freeze was worth using at 7 seconds, but I prefer shooting for 12 seconds than 6.5 seconds.

Cross is really fun to play in, though. Never really been in Molotov.

Doubled the aiming recovery time for special shots. Now, when trying to lock on for a special shot, if your enemy slips out of your sights, your lock-on mechanism will remain active for 2 seconds instead of 1 second. This means you have more time to re-acquire your target without losing your lock-on progress.

 

Hammer

 

No changes to the turret, only to its alterations:

 

"Duplet", unlike the alterations above, will be nerfed. Clip reload time penalty will increase

 

And for dessert: The “Owl” module with Gauss protection has been added to the “Anti Camper” protection modules kit, available to buy in the Shop.

Hope the Duplet nerf will reduce the number of Wolf modules.....  :rolleyes:

 

LOL..... 56.99 USD wasted whoever bought Anti-Camper already without the Owl module. :lol:  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

 

I hope Spider module will be on the shop. I will name it.... "Anti-Explosive" Price: 19.99 USD  :)

Some changes sound good.

 

But when are you going to nerf Groups? 5% less damage and 5% less armor would be good for a Group of 3. 3% for a Group of 2.

 

Also nerf mults and 0exp missioners. If a tank doesn't earn 10exp in 1 minute add another player to the affected team. And if a tank doesn't earn 50exp in 5 minutes or 25exp in last 3 minutes it's shouldn't be counted for a mission.

 

Maybe start battles with 7 players, but the number of player in a team could go up to 9 to help balance the team. And maybe start counting activity and inactivity of all players and use the numbers to improve MM.
