The busted paint looks really clean it reminds me of the esport paint prism but it's animated looking nice and lightning storm is back!!

Give us extra days to complete challenge, because I'm pretty sure ALOT of people don't use Paypal to purchase items in shop. I'm not wasting my money if I can't complete the challenge and I don't have the time to grind stars.

The credit card and paysafecard options should work again, is this not the case for you?

A Question:

 

What constitutes "active during the battle" for DM now?  Wiki quote: "All other places — 1 Star, if you were active during the battle"

 

Previously it was 5 kills in DM; the same amount of kills that would make 75xp in any team mode battle.  70xp is still the cut off point for 1 star in any team mode.

 

Now it seems that DM is now a minimum of 8 kills for one star.  I have played several DM matches where I killed 7 and still got no star.

 

This seems unfair to me since it is more difficult to get a kill in DM.  In team battles you get partial credit for kills made by more than one team member.  In DM it is strictly the last shot that does the opponent in that counts as a kill, making DM the mode of "stealing kills".  Without max drugs and high MUs (quick kill ability), DM is much harder to get a good score than in team battles.  Now it seems that those burdened with daily missions in DM are getting punished even more making DM even less enjoyable.

 

Any moderator input?

wow really mostly a waste to do if your using the silver star , nothing but only drugs . seems to be more of these star missions are garbage . due to not many good items being given out for silver stars.. only the gold get better items .. i enjoyed it when this system first came out now its not worth it to do..

I think so too. The amount of supplies from challenges is useless

This is really hard question and since developers didn't explain how EXACTLY the system works and calculates, it is hard to answer. I've went to a few DM battles, tried being last in 3 different battles by getting 5 kills, 6 kills and 7 kills. In 1 of the battles, I got 0 stars for getting 5 kills so I guess it no longer is 5 kills. I think it might depend on how many people tied (for kills) above you in the leaderboard. For team battles I know thats a factor.

Since the last update, DM is too hard to get stars.  It is more difficult to play than any team mode and now the star rewards are at a much higher level.  Previously one star was rewarded at 5 kills.  Now it has changed to 8 minimum kills.  You can see from this screen shot that the majority of players don't get even one star for participating in an entire battle.  At 15xp per kill 5 wold be 70xp an matches team battles.  8 kills is 120xp and almost double of the level for 1 star in a team battle.

 

This should be corrected as soon as possible.  It should really be only 4 kills for 1 star in DM...you guys went the wrong way!

There is a difference between score and EXP

 

You get 15 score for a kill. 

 

You get 10 EXP for a kill. 

 

So 8 kills in team modes is 120 score. But not in DM mode. After the 2nd of August, it was reduced to 10 score for DM. So 8 kills in DM mode = 80 score.

I think DM is most players least favorite mode.  This added difficulty makes playing DM even less appealing.  Why should playing in DM mode have a star penalty built in?   If score has been reduced for DM then the threshold for stars needs reduction also.  Something like a score of 40 or four kills for one star.

The last point. Empty tiers. The Demolition/Destructive War rewards don't seem worthwhile at all so I thought I'll just do the August Challenge. This time around there are far more empty reward tiers for a longer format(there are more tiers this time) which really kills the motivation to finish. I'm totally disappointed.
