Here is a paint design if you need one, it was made by an ex CL member with the purpose of being used for an esport/parkour paint several years ago, and there are way more that could have been used, but I guess removing the paint that was never announced as temporary (while Sky for example doesn't get removed from PS1 winners), and reusing it makes more sense c:

You seem to ignore both of my points. I know that developers are not keen on creating new paints for contests, but if you would give them a design and they would only need to implement it, it's a possible option and has worked before. And about Sky/Blaze, neither one of them was planned as temporary, or at least not announced as one. It is not specified that winners get to keep Blaze forever, but it was not written anywhere that it's a "yearly" paint either, so you can't just make it one. 

I understand your point of view and do not blame the organizers whatsoever, rather have a reused paint than no paint at all, because the paint attracts a lot the audience to participate.

I am just wondering tho, why it was not possible to introduce a new paint this year, is it because of the new contest administrator or community manager not trying enough?

The goal is just to survive, there are other contests where you can show your creativity
