Well, let's face it, I'd rather have the team working on optimizing lags and working on new updates rather than spending time to find out what caused this.. xD I think first should be HTML5, I don't think this is that much of a priority cos it's only visual.. although I do hope they will fix it if they have the chance to do so after HTML5 finally comes :3

Are there any administrative restrictions on the computer you're using? My local library has same error and its impossible to play on thier computers.

 

If its your computer and you have full access it can be sorted.

I am not sure what my ping is. Sometimes my ping is high or sometimes low.

 

I personally think that the developers must fix all bugs and technical problems before thinking on releasing updates. When the matchmaking system comes, it will be a new interface with a new way to play in battles where there are lots of players in the cue. Also, HTML5 will come out at the same time, so Tanki Online should be able to run faster when it is converted to HTML5. I am glad that flash is on its way out because it is too old.

The only thing the developers do is make new updates to cover their previous mistakes. They DO NOT solve any of the long time issues, they DO NOT create sollutions, they DO NOT make the game any better. Remember , all they are after is your money! Now that would be fine if we were all stupid, but let's face that there are a lot of juveniles spending their real money on this hoax game created by russian developers. Now THAT makes TANKI Online a disgrace to all other game developers who actually put some effort into making a game function.

 

They don't fix it because it's not a serious problem. You still get crystals, they just don't show up on the scoreboard.

They DO NOT fix any serious problems either, oh wait, they WILL solve any cashing issues they might experience but lets face reality, that's the only part of Tanki Online that works flawlessly and if there were to be any problem, it would have TOP priority to get solved.

The "team" should not put a game online that has so many flaws. Try that in any other business and you will be fired.

Tanki is only serious about cashing in your money!

 

Its impossible to completely eliminate all the bugs in a game. They are doing their best, but such issues as the one you described above may be due to your internet connection too, so it is possible it was your fault and not tanki's.

It is possible to launch an online game that has so many bugs.
It is possible to neglect solving most of them.
It is possible to keep updating the game with unnecessary changes on weekly basis that no body has been waiting for.
It is possible to have kids and fools pay money and have no issues cashing in.
It is possible to collect a bunch of "enthusiasts" to become a moderator here for a few extra chrystals per week that have absolutely NO experience in programming, developing, corporate life nor life itself.

First of all, I really don't like having to merge posts twice- for the last time, please write your posts in 1 long posts rather than 5. Bugs aren't fixed in a minute, they take time. If you have any encountered any bugs, simply post them here, it's our job to make sure the developers see this.

 

You should also thank The 'kids' and 'fools' that pay money, so people like you can enjoy the game without paying a single cent ;)

 

Regarding me as being an 'enthusiast'... :D I do have experience in programming, but I'm afraid I've never needed it here. Moderators, simply moderate the forums and chats. We do not deal with programming, nor solve anything. That's - you guessed it - the programmers job.

 

Like I said, if you wanna get those issues fixed, you're in the right topic! We'll make sure the devs see these issues, and if they don't have a lot of higher priority items, they'll get it fixed ;)

I still get this annoying slow loading screen that stays stuck when playing battles.

I have lost sound in game after patch 2 days ago 06/10/2017, using an application from the website. I have checked all the settings and everything seems to be fine.

 

Speaker in game and backroundsound is on.
Windsows settings are ok.

 

But still no sound in game. The rest of Windsows sounds work fine.

 

Any help please ?

One of the many issues that have been around unsolved for ages and yes you have come to the right topic because the moderators will "make sure the devs see these issues, and if they don't have a lot of higher priority items, they'll get it fixed" (<- this is a quote)

Relax, you know that things have something called ''priorities'' right? Some things are just more ''important'' than others, let's put it that way. Not everything can be fixed in 1 day, in case you didn't know the famous phrase (Roma was not built in a day). Important work takes time. This expression functions as an injunction or plea for someone to be patient. For example, You can't expect the developers to finish this project in the time allotted; Rome wasn't built in a day. Famous phrase used in  French proverb in the late 1100s but was not recorded in English until 1545. Quite useful one I would say so dear fellow tanker, let's kindly be patient and we moderators will make sure we keep forwarding them till they get fixed, never forgetting them once. And lastly but not least, you won't get banned by saying what you said as you clearly stated what needs to be fixed which is not against the rules so don't worry about such things and keep reporting all the bugs and glitches you come across in here anytime you want. :)

My Flash Plugin keeps on crashing from time to time. I find this very annoying.

I am going to start of by saying "WHAT THE HELL!". In these 2 days I have been losing all my crystals  because of some bug/glitch that is faced by most of the tanki players. I am losing connection in the middle of the game, and as i refresh, i exit the battle. Can we get a detailed explanation for this? The least you can do is update us through a notification about the problems faced by the players so that we can check it out from the news panel and stay aware about it. We give you our time and money and this is just UNACCEPTABLE!!

Sounds like you are playing on the HTML5 version which is given randomly to very few players to test. To use the Flash version you're used to just follow this link: tankionline.com/flash

Tanki are after your money, that is true. However, that is not the only reason this game exists, or it would cost money to play in the first place. And if you are so annoyed about Tanki not solving issues, why not quit Tanki and play something else for a while? It's only a game, and games are meant to be fun.

There is a vulcan glitch...

you die and your camera moves to a new spawn spot you land but are still a phantom. if you press space then, you will spawn and the turret will start rotating. wait until the first bullet is out of the chamber and let go. you will start to die a little even though you didn't use all of your energy... fix this its annoying
