So I joined this TJR battle in Aleksandrovsk. And then, Ninja and the other mod with the unpronounceable nickname left a few seconds after the start of the battle. For the entire battle, it was 8vs6. So, is that a glitch or mod have the power to leave a battle and make it that nobody can't join after them if they want. Or is it a glitch? And don't tell me this is because there are not enough players online. It's the time of the day with the most players online and I end up a lot in TJR battles with 5 minutes left. I can't believe nobody joined this.

 

Anyways, I manageg to stay alive for more than 5 minutes with Jug and carried the team.

The Trickster Drone is not working entirely as supposedly intended.

 

The wording would have it seem that manually activating Double Armour, Double Damage, Speed Boost or a Mine would decrease the cooldown of the speed boost supply. However, doing these actions does not decrease the cooldown of it. The only way to decrease the cooldown of the manual speed boost supply is to run over a speed boost supply box on the map while you're drone is able to be activated. 

 

Given that the Miner Drone has the same wording but manually activating supplies reduces the mine's cooldown, I assume that the Trickster Drone is either not working entirely as intended, or it is working as intended, but the description is misleading.

If you press 4 on your keyboard, this drone is then activated which instantly removes the cooldown for double armor or double damage. As soon as you activate either DA or DD, there is a short cooldown period until you can activate the 3rd and last of the 3 supplies. You got it the other way around. Activate SB instead of DA or DD first.

I'm not talking about its main effect when activating the drone. I'm talking about this part. 

 

 

Defender and Miner allow you to decrease the cooldown of Double Armour and Mines respectively by 10 seconds when you manually activate RK, DA, DD, SB or a mine. In Defender's case, running over a double armour supply box on the map decreases the cooldown. 

However, none of this is the case for the Trickster Drone. Manually activating double armour, damage, repair kit, speed boost or a mine does not decrease the cooldown. Running over various supply boxes around the map does not decrease the cooldown, unless it is a speed boost supply drop box and your drone is able to be activated again. 

 

Given that it has the same wording as the Miner Drone, it should work the same way as the Miner Drone, which it clearly is not, and that is the complaint. So to summmarise:

 

Cooldown is decreased when manually activating DA, DD, SB, RK, Mine:

 

Defender:  

 

Miner:   

 

Trickster:  

 

 

Cooldown is decreased when running over supply drop boxes on maps:

 

Defender:   Prerequisite: The drop boxes must be double armour boxes.

 

Miner: 

 

Trickster:   Prerequisite: The drop boxes must be speed boost boxes and the drone must be ready to be activated.

The red team has still received their respective rewards, this is just a known visual bug in Flash.

I dont know if its a bug, but why doesint it show the negative parts of the alterations, only positive.

I think he's talking about the effect descriptions in the new HTML5 version for alterations. They either only show benefits, or they show all of the changed parameters, but even the negatively affected parameters are in green, which may lead players to believe that only good things come from the alteration.

I get this bug every game. Can't deal damage, can't take damage, can't pick up things, can't self-destruct. I'm still in the game because I can still chat and the thing in the top-right still updates on what's happening. Lasts until the game ends. Also I still get rewards as usual when the game ends, further proof that i'm still in the game.

Yesterday i open Tanki Client, and everything was as always but, when loading bar went to end, it stop loading (screenshot) i thought it can be problem with client cache, so i clear it, then opened Client once again, still nothing, when i opened cache folder while client was loading any file didn't appear here, also i was able to delete TankiOnline folder in %appdata% while client was open (what i couldn't do when everything was working), i reinstalled client multiple times, downloaded it from different tanki main sites (RU, EN, PL) and it still doesn't working. I have no idea how to fix it, any solutions?

Okay, so I'm having this glitch on the Mobile version for quite a while, maybe a few weeks after some update regarding the festivities. It's still there even after reinstalling the app. When I open a supply box and another one after watching an ad, it still shows I have one left. Clicking on it gives nothing but the option changes to the "get another by watching a video" one. Clicking on that plays the ad, but then again, yields nothing. Closing and reopening the app fixes it back to normal.

Not really a problem, as I'm not missing out on any supply boxes, just thought about reporting this visual glitch.

I've been trying to change my password on my account. I've tried changing it by logging in and changing it from the settings AND by using the 'forgot password' on the login screen . I use it, and a mail gets sent to my e-mail. I open the link in the mail and enter and retype my new password, pass the re-Captcha test. However, when I click Change, I ALWAYS get the message 'incorrect password'. Do tell me what I'm supposed to do!

After you click the link you receive via your connected email, I believe you first have to login into your account using your current password, then it will send you to the section where you change your password. Try this, and let us know if it still doesn't work.

It appear on each account or only on one? Because about 1-2 years ago i had same problem, and it was happening only on one account, on another account i hadn't such bug.

So i wrote to help@tankionline.com, after some hours they answeared and asked for my in-game nickname, and next day (after their another answear) when i loged on my accout, this bug dissappeared.

so im guessing the players would want ads to pop up every time? 

i doubt its a bug, but nonetheless would you please elaborate, as to how you know ads aren't popping up and it isn't only you
