Today in a Battle, I Pressed Tab To See Battle Statics! Some names were appearing grey and those players, I wan't able to see! They were totally invisible though I could feel them! When They picked up drugs, attacked me, but I could do nothing! This has happened to me before too! Why was it so?

Most of the time refreshing the page helps. Players  experience this problem most likely because their internet connection is not fast enough.

 

If they are using Wi-Fi, unloading the channel as much as possible by disabling Softwares that use internet connection and restart the router fixes it but it is something that happens in case you never seen it. (:

I want you to know that there´s a problem with the reward you can get if you purchase something in the Shop.

I didn´t get the reward which is very annoying. I don´t know if this bug is only on my accounts but please try to fix this.

It is a bit hard for me to predict  what rewards you talking about? You mean the double crystal card reward or? You get what you buy from the shop, I wonder how it isn't working for you. Can you please tell me a little bit of more information about the problem and how exactly it happens or what is wrong with it so I can do my best to help you out?

Recently I've been randomly losing health after being attacked by people with firebird's, it is super annoying because after I run away or kill someone using firebird I lose health fairly quickly and in most cases I die because of it or end up having to waste a repair kit. Also when I'm at pretty much 0 health I usually die when I shouldn't.. Please fix these bugs!

This is probably Firebird's afterburn, it continues to damage you for some time after you have been attacked.

Sounds like you suffered from a little lag. Did you happen to notice what your ping was? It can be found at the bottom right of your battle screen.

Usually the message appears in case your internet connection is not fast enough to load the game. Try restarting your router, or play using Standalone Flash Player.

 

You have an obvious problem with the Internet, try once again turning off your internet for 2 minutes and then turning it on again. If the problem persists, then you need to solve it with the provider.

Could someone help me? Even i have very good pc and good internet i get re-enter the game every 10-15 minutes, I'm sure no one doesn t know my password. Any suggestions?

Can I ask what you are using in order to play TO? Client, Browser (which browser), Flash?

I'm using the official launcher,i tried to play on Flash player also but still same problem. . .in my old house i didn't have this problem and my internet was even worst,now i have fiber-optic.

Can you follow the the instructions given in here, step by step and please make sure you delete the entire folder called ''Tanki Online' permanently by pressing Shift+Delete instead of deleting the ''Local Folder'' in there and see if the problem gets solved or at least get better than now, thank you.

Is there a new update or my laptop is  is doomed?I can't see tankers so I thought that they were  hackers but I noticed that all players are not hackers so please look forward to it I can't see the tankers when I enter!

Are you playing with all graphics on? If so disable some of them to decrease the chance of it happening. Also does it happen in every battle you join or in some battles, if it happens in some battles only than refreshing the page will do the trick or by simply pressing F5 on your keyboard.

If the problem still continues than try running TO as a second application. Check this link in case it will help: does your game lag?

Now I'm not sure what you mean by that. Did you try the methods I listed for you in here, doing some of them or all of them by one one?

As far as getting bumped from games (losing a life, losing your position, having to close the Client and reopen it),
it has gotten MISERABLY WORSE since they said the Critical error was going to be removed:
Two hours of play = FORTY SEVEN (47) client fails, including 4 that just STOPPED and had to be shut down in Windows Task Manager.

 

Whatever the devs are doing, they are doing it wrong.

All of this is useless fiddling with my end when you know it is on the SERVER end. Or the game would not function at all.
The connection just does NOT interact properly anymore, -- you can crash entering a battle, playing a battle, or leaving a battle. I suspect there has been some seriously slipshod programming being done.
As for sending info on my operating system, more useless effort because the devs can't replicate these errors. But all you have to do is get on a PC that's not directly connected to the servers to see first-hand what the system is doing
Or is everyone too busy playing with bells and whistles??

You do know that Firebirds leave *lingering damage* even after they stop attacking or die? It may be that the Health Meters are not displaying this as they are supposed to, allowing you to miss the fact that you are still "on fire" for some time!

I also auto self-destruct  all of these started to take place after the release of magnum & refreshing is useless I have tried clearing history & it works but still after a few a time it takes place & my graphics card is always enabled I check it daily & thxs. ;)

I see. How about you try running TO as a second application? Try it in case you never did it before and see if the problem gets better. What is it?
