And how often does it happen like, is it from time to time or quite more often? Also any other problems with the Client other than this?

It happens in battles about twice a week, and sometimes the client just shuts down if I'm not using it (on another app) for too long.

Not a new thing for me lost many rewards because of that error. and that usually happens in last secs.

If you compare between the two, which one you think have a bit of higher chance of triggering that error, small-mid maps or really big maps where 24 or even more players can join?

On one of my noob accounts, the M0 Weapons and Hulls Update appears to have not happened on my noob account 'allrightmate123'. It means I can't buy newer M0 Turrets that have been released into the game over the past year or turrets that unlocked later at the time.

Loading screen is so not fixed...

 

Sometimes I open garage in the middle of a battle and it opens in 2 secondes. From time to time, it takes 40 to 50 secondes. And sometimes, it does not even open, just the screen loading and I have to close the client.

 

It is totally random. And my internet is always the same.

My guess is that it's relatively minor and does not affect the majority of players hence it wasn't publicised. There have been similar instances in the past.

alot of times when i enter a battle, i can't kill anyone and get supply boxes(I just drive right through them) so i have to self destruct. Also sometimes when I go to get a gold box, i drive right through it.

This Bug Doesn't Affect My acc or Anything its just a little weird.This Thing Always Happens On My Computer But I can Make It go By Enabling All the game mods and then Turning All of them off except TDM mode,i wanted to point it out Just in case :)

It's a known bug. It might be Tanki saying, "We know you like TDM, but how about you try this other gamemode?"

That problem is usually lag. You join a battle then you shoot, but the person that you shot's health doesn't decrease. To prevent this problem you can reload the page, disconnect and reconnect to your internet connection, close internet demanding programs(utorrent, skype, bitspirit) or internet demanding websites(BuzzFeed, Tumblr, Youtube) which will make your internet faster.

Interesting I must say and will forward it but in the meantime, if you want to get rid of that, please do the following thing:

What happens is that the server randomly (I don't know if it depends on any factors or not) selects a battle while loading the server, regardless of what filters you have enabled. This is why it happens that you'll see another game mode in your list if you do not have that mode enabled.
If you want to get rid of those random ones in the list, just enable and disable that specific mode.

I had 1000+ supplies yesterday, today I opened my account and had lost a lot of them , only 200 double armor, 300 double damage, 430 speed boosts and 600 mines remained. I have been on mission chain 4 the entire summer and had a lot of supplies and I didn't use them, so where are all y supplies? Please compensate me

Yes I am sure because no one else in my family plays this game, and I have been at home all day so no one else used my supplies. My password is very tough and uguessable, so it is not likely to be hacked and I noticed nothing else out of order, no turret hull or module paint changes etc or even no change in experience etc. I also changed my password just five months ago ( I change passwordss frequently) so I think its some sort of bug which came with the matchmaking system...

Great! Well, I guess it is for you to get your supplies back then. :) Use this form to contact the Help Desk and explain your problem to them in detail nice and slowly. Confirm the form by going to the email linked to your account first and after that, all you gotta do is wait. They answer varies from 24h to 7 days so if they don't reply to you within 7 days, feel free to send a new form. Good luck.

I am very disappointed today.

I am kicked out from almost all of battles today in laat 30 secs, I play whole game without lag and good fps and ping. Then suddenly blank page appears and when I refresh I don't get my reward.

If my internet is bad then how I am supposed to play whole battle without any lag or facing issue. Really I am done by this situation. It's beyond my imagination. I think I should stop playing, because its useless to play without earning crystals.

 

Somebody can explain this?

excuse me i downloaded the tanki online client like 3 months ago and i wanted to delete the cache so i asked one of the chat helpers and he/she told me to go to %AppData% on my labtop then delete the tanki online folder. i did that and then a few days later when i re downloaded the game the loading screen literally takes forever, i left it for 3 hours but still didnt load what should i do now?
plz help

If you want clean instructions on how to do it, you can find it in here, in case you deleted some of the files and not all. Use or press Shift+Delete when deleting the folder. Once again, clean instructions can be found in here.

 

In the meantime you can try using the Standalone FP.

If your mission is completed while the missions window is open, you can not claim the reward until you closed and reopened it.
