When  I go to log in after the matchmaking update the game just hangs never loads I've been trying to log in for 20 minutes now with  just loading hangs

Having the same problem, and when trying to view players profile (mine in this case) I get the following error:

Exit and reload? Nice did that 100 times. Fortnite could solve this issue in 2 seconds.

Try playing it on a browser until the devs work the kinks out. It worked for me.

Lots of players are having the same issue, best thing you can do is try again in different browsers or just wait until its sorted out.

It seems like it doesn't load because it's taking us to the battle list when you first log in. However, it does load to this screen https://prnt.sc/joa0qq (from other account because there is no way for me to get to that screen if my first loading is stuck). I just have to make sure I don't press "Battle list" from the bottom

I have a problem... when I first log in with all my cache and all things tanki deleted... I get in to the match maker menu... I can play game there... but if I go to the battle list to play pro battles the screen just loads.... I have windows 7. I have deleted Adobe flash player and reinstalled it...

but when I select the list to go to the pro battle I can not do anything again due to the screen wanting to open to the pro battle list.

This so called upgrade to match maker is stupid..... is just like last time you did it...

I have waited 1-2 minutes above the 2 minute estimated wait to get into a battle and then when I do get in the battle is almost over... I have went into more than 7 out of 20 that had 2 minutes left, there were 7 people on the other team and 3 on mine.... some match maker....

 

this upgrade is nothing but for money.... and as a free player this game has now became something that I will give up again since you have stacked the deck against free players...

 

all you do is make the game worse....

 

only notifications about the update are in the news and then it does not tell how to do it so most of the people that log on are mad...

 

the upgrade does not work for XP (which I do not have) and you basically said sorry you are out of luck..

 

try to go to the Pro-battle lists and you get stuck in a loading screen... then have to delete the tanki file in the appdata just so you can go in and get yourself toasted by all the druggers...

 

This game will die without the free players.... because you will not get new people in to play because ever person that has gotten mad from the update will tell all their friends not to play it.

Id like to thank you all for messing up a good game nice work did u even think for one min than with game match people have no idea what map their on what tank they need or even the color nothing like green in winter no more play maps you like thats gone but now their MISMATCH that put you in a game that you just die over and over good work and for the bug I had to use the little crystal I had to get a pass so I could really play a game but when I load the battle screen it just loads and loads I would like an extra day  

 

thing is its hard to get a online game going so when you did I guess it just was not enough so you go a put in a new update wth a thousand more bus to fix good going

This is the first attempt at it. They are (hopefully -_-) going to update it and make it better.

I don't even come on the forums very often at all. The loading bar is stuck and I cannot enter the game.

- takes hours to load

-takes another 10 minute to get in game just to be kicked out due to inactivity

-refresh to page every time after getting kicked out cus the loading bar won't disappear

- another 30 minute to get in game

-goes to garage but got kicked out for inactivity 

- then I have to start over more the begining

I don't have any lag problems. Overall I want to say that this game is a piece of garbage.

if you're doing missions in pro battles, click the "Battle" button and select any of the modes you enjoy, the new system will then take you to a non-pro battle where you can complete your missions.
