Blaster Drone - Doesn't Always Work.

 

I've noticed this a lot. I have this micro upgraded to step 19/20 so I should be inflicting some damage every time I destruct. Quite frequently, I don't inflict any.  It happens a lot. Lot's of crystals spent for a dodgy drone. Would not buy again or recommend to anyone while it's hit and miss.

The effective range of the 'Blaster' drone is 10 → 15 m (click here to get an idea of how much that would be in-game).

Today I "monitor" my points in "Control Points"(before, after and over taking point). Result is disappointing - Tanki is stealing points!!

As seen from the video; no. The player 'Shturm444' received all of the EXP for the point captured, instead of it getting split amongst everyone who helped capture it, which is weird.

as far as I can see only battle score is visible in the video, not exp.

That's been like that for me for weeks now. That's one of the reasons why I don't like to play CP anymore.

From what I can remember, the DA kicks into action and increases the activated time.

Been happening here as well. My OCD usually kicks in when this happens and I'm inclined to press 2. This usually happens to me when I receive an Overdrive. I suppressed my urges to press 2 one time and observed me being hit while it was like that. It seemed like it was active. As far as I remember, all 3 supply icons would blink when the speed boost and double damage are about to finish and they all disappear at the bottom. 

 

I'll have to investigate that ahnd report back here if no one does in time.

With the Engineer Drone, when I roll over a box, it extends my time for that supply. It also activates that supply for the rest of the team. Might it be that the Engineer-activated time doesn't put the supply into cool down?

Happens while activating OD, yes it extend the DA duration.

As mentioned above, it isn't a bug/glitch but also not something they didn't announce publicly...it is intended feature so even if you have the supplies...you will still be able to use them and if you do. It will only extend it so not a bug. More or less, you could say a ''secret update''. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When camping, I lay a mine, then activate the OD and then another mine - in no time you have 3 mines to protect entry to your camping nest.   :D

You can take advantage of it if you use it well, sometimes you might not even run out of supplies if you do it effectively.
