Hello, I got 3 days premium out of containers and it shows the premium sign behind my rank, but I can't get double stars and I can't get exp faster, Can you help me?

    it is not possible that you can't get double experience points if you have premium, but for the stars you can only get them in matchmaking battles ( won't work in pro battles ). For more details about premium and stars, please consider checking the links below:

Sometimes, I'll click on a battle, wait for my turn in the queue. The loading bar begins, goes all the way to the end, but instead of entering a battle, I find myself back in the lobby. I can either click on another battle or the one I chose originally, Either way, I put back into a long queue. What's with this?

Thank you. I posted in the wrong section by mistake. I didn't think it was a bug, I was just inquiring. I'll check Q&A again. 

 

Where did you move it too? I checked Q&A and Game Mechanics: Let's discuss Matchmaking. It's in neither place.

I was playing Mammoth-Shaft and all was going well, until all other tanks in the game stopped moving. Those who were turning their turrets spun their turrets in the direction they were turning them. I thought that the connection to servers were compromised, so I pressed z and went to exit the battle (I play with mouse controls) before I was forced to re-enter the game, but before I could everything went back to normal... or so I thought. When I shot an enemy with a full power shot, nothing happened. I shot more full powered shots into different enemies, and all did no damage. I ended up being the worst player on the team because I only got 2 kills when I should have got a lot more. What just happened?

Hey LaissezFaire,

 

The problem you got only occurs when your internet connection goes down for a while. The bug of not dealing any damage to the enemies might happen or not after the "restoration" of your connection. If it happens to you the next  time, a temporary solution would be to refresh the browser or close and open the client, depending on which one you play on. the bug should be fixed after that.

My version of this kept happening a few years ago. Every time I enter a battle, I wasn't able to deal damage or heal my allies. I would always have to self-destruct first before being able to do it.

Hi, I suggest you clear your TO client's cache and re-install it.

Not really, that player just had the 'Reinforced gun carriage' alteration for Magnum equipped which enables it to rotate horizontally. :P

I think this should be in the Bugs and Glitches Reports. I've been experiencing this over the past few days. Only yesterday did it happen more frequently than before.

It only affected me once every 4 battles but yesterday, it 5 times in one battle. It really brings down my turret's contribution to my team's victory, especially in a crucial scenario.

idk if this is a bug or what but it is happening WAY too often now and its annoying:

i cant do anything - i cant even quit so i have to open task manager :/

yes those white lines you are seeing is a glitch i think - idk why it happens

 

oh and other times my screen COMPLETELY whites out, and in those cases i cant even do anything causing me to restart  :angry:

That's the Tanki Client, right? 

 

This started happening to me a few days ago. My game would be normal and then all of a sudden, it freezes on one frame and then a few seconds after, my screen contrast intensifies, tells me the client isn't responding and that I had to close it. There's no warning, it just happens.

 

What's annoying is that most of the time it happens, my Overdrive is >80% so it pisses me off that I have to start all over when I reload.

This topic is not exactly for a suggestion, it's more of a criticism. The automatic self-destruct for tanks that are '' stirring '' on top of another tank is very bad, because it is very difficult, as when one player is born with another and rises on top of the other, he ends up destroying himself when trying balancing on top of the tank or even trying to get down. It's very annoying, especially when it comes to trying to retrieve a flag. But the worst is in gold boxes. I was right now picking up a gold box that was dropped by another player, I was going to get the gold box, I pushed the other player and I ended up in it, the golden box was almost coming to me, when I destroyed myself without wanting to. I was going to get two golds, but for destroying me, I did not get any, and the other player took both. I do not know what this is for, they say it's for hacks, but that's no use, there are many other hacks that do not make a difference with that, like getting up after a roll over (I've already recorded this). All the players hate this, please remove it, or try to review it, because it's too bad and it's very bad, it's not the first time this happens to me, it happens all the time. Please review this, I'm still very annoyed by the golds I lost.

I'm sure most people have heard of this, but sometimes when I use overdrive right as I get killed I don't get healed but my overdrive is gone.. sorry I don't have a pic. Has anyone else had that?

not a bug, it happens to everyone, you just have to time your overdrive right - also maybe if you have like 1 PING and activate your overdrive a few microseconds before death, you can survive
