First of all check your internet connection, if connection is good, just try reinstall Tanki client. For me it was working without any problems after reinstall.

Getting removed from inactivity every time I try to join a battle. It happens only on this account, and never on any other of my accounts. I works every now and then (I'd say, every 7 battles). I am using the Tankionline client, since the browsers (chrome, internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox)  aren't working.

Hi come back to the game after 6 month lay off

Both yesterday and today I have been dumped from a match (both times Rugby) for inactivity, both times I was actively sniping and killing but well camped (not moving the hull).

Has something changed to stop 'camping' or is this a bug?

You have to move hull, only moving the turret does not count to the system.

I didn't play since yesterday, until this evening. My keyboard doesn't work in-game. I can't turn the turret nor run my tank. I checked the settings and nothing has changed. However, I decided to make a slight change. I clicked on the setting, my cursor was there. I used the back key, but it did nothing. I tried to highlight it with my mouse and that didn't work. I played yesterday and everything worked perfectly. I went to 2 other games, just a few minutes ago, that I use the keyboard for navigation and it worked as it should in both games. One game was a browser game and the other was an online game. I'm having no problems using the keyboard in the forums. My back key works fine and so does the highlighter. Yes, I dumped the caches. So, don't even go there.

Hello, you can try asking for a crystal refund by mailing "help@tankionline.com" and they might give you a crystal refund, but I doubt it's possible without screenshots. Try and include as much detail as possible to have a better chance of a positive response.

Stuck at the loading screen [issue]

Sometimes, after choosing a game and apparently loading it, the game gets stuck on the loading screen.

The times that have happened I check if I have network before making the browser refresh but still the refresh is useless because when trying to load it is stuck in the loading screen with the annoying green bar pretending to cheat me in an insipid way.

I have no idea why I get that issue and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with it. Please, add to the game loading screen an alternative to cancel the game that I chose and go back to main list or move to another random game.

It is very annoying when it enters that state because I have no alternative to cancel and choose or create another game.

 

A hint: The issue persists until finish the game that I chose. :-/

I just tried it again and everything seems to work properly, except in the settings. I can now delete using back key, but once deleted I can't type anything in. Good thing I wasn't trying to change anything really important. Main thing, it is working in battle. I have no idea what the problem was. I haven't done anything to the keyboard or computer since yesterday.

good Monday morning glitch

 

just opened up my garage to open containers from star mission. and went to the paint section to change the paint back to my normal paint ( changed from Moss to Black ) then this happened , the disappearing hull magic act ..

this only happened after I opened my containers. the battle is fine and now in garage is fine

 

other issue and I can't see it any where in the patch note changes that the score clock changed . what I mean is the counter is at one score for the red team , then once blue starts gaining points . the system takes a long time to change it so blue is higher in scores . this is for CP battles only.. please if this was added , change it back to the way it use to be with scores jumping up and down the score counter . the game worked way better..

This happens when the game is about to give you "an error has occurred" and freeze your game. Reload to fix it.

when i use the plasma torch alteration for rico

 

some of my shots hit but do no damage

 

it's really annoying cuz it costs me the kill and the guy kills me, and for some reason it's always the last 4-5 shots in the magazine 

 

if this is a bug plz fix it
