On HTML5, I found a couple of rather interesting things this morning:

 

1. Sometimes when I join a battle I get welcomed by a black screen. My supplies, chat box, and everything else is still there, but it's a black screen where the battle itself is supposed to be.

 

 

2. Sometimes I take damage even as I load into the battle.

It's is a glitch/bug where whoever equips Thunder prime automatically gets the Gaus prime skin that will be fixed soon.

Tankoins..

 

I've just purchased 820 tankoins to buy a battle pass, all went through ok and I received the 'thanks for your purchase' pop up.

 

The Tankoins haven't been credited to my account, what do I do now?

According to patch update #558, there's not supposed to be any penalty for self-destruction in matchmaking DM battles anymore, but in the ones I've played so far I still get one kill deducted whenever I do. Seems like the update hasn't taken effect yet.

I've experienced this enough times recently for me to make a report. 

 

When I'm playing with Vulcan and going head-to-head with a Freeze, I would drive backwards so that I wouldn't be frozen quickly. I noticed that while driving away from the Freeze and taking damage from it while shooting, my bullets seem to stop doing damage and start back at unknown intervals, or even stop completely.

 

Take for instance this photo:

 

 

This has only been happening against Freeze as far as I've seen. Every other turret allows me to damage them. 

 

I was shooting this person but it suddenly stopped when they started damaging me until I died.

There's no score in DM battles, only a kill count. And yes I've checked it, I still get one less kill and one extra death whenever I self-destruct.

The "An Error Occurred" mostly happens on the Tribute map. I was playing a CP battle on the Tribute map and the "An Error Occurred" triggered itself 5 times over. The most likely cause of activation of this bug is due to Wasp activating its bomb overdrive. Please fix this bug.

Hi I will report some funny bugs that happened to my brother.

Few days ago he was playing JGR and killed Juggernaut. Afer my brother became Juggernaut, he found another Juggernaut!!! (2 Juggernaut in 1 game). He shot the Juggernaut and other enemy tanks but couldn't give any damage. A few second later, someone killed the Juggernaut (not my brother) and again, my brother pressed spaceber to shoot enemy. Suddenly Viking's overdrive was activated on his Juggernaut and started to shoot railgun crazily. Then he got destroyed by someone but railgun's shooting beam was still being fired from where he got destroyed even though there is no Juggernaut!!! and after he respawned, he found 2 Juggernaut again!!!!! It was very strange so he left the game and entered other JGR game. In this game, he became Juggernaut again but strange things happened again. He found white painted Mammoth-Ricochet with overdrive activated. Although the Mammoth is invincible while using its overdrive, my brother could kill the Mammoth. After that, strange thing didn't happen and he could play games as usual.

I currently play on Tanki Online Client and experience many bugs/glitches - these are all in Matchmaking:

• Game crashes - need to reload
• Error message - game starts bugging out, need to reload
• Forever loading screen after I reload due to game crash/error (happens rarely)
• Some player names in the score tab are grey (instead of white) - these tanks are invisible to me in the battle, but they can see me and deal damage.
• Rare bug - when I join a new battle, I already have around 300 score, random # of kills and deaths (Can't really complain about this cause free 1st place and 6 stars  :P )   Maybe I'll try and get a screenshot for this.

I have a new PC - shouldn't be my PC, I have good internet, avg about 10-20 ping - It isn't lag on my part.

Is there any fix to these problems? I've tried re-installing the client, made no difference. Cleared cache... It's been over a month, still no fix...

These glitches/bugs happens for everyone, I guess it's client problem, I recommend you, to try other options to play Tanki.

Forever loading screen, i have this error only in Assault mode when i want to play more battles ...

 

it is frustrating to close the game for restart always and always + i lose 1-2 minutes in every Assault battle for load + restart.

 

Please fix! Is very old this bug ...  :(

Actually, it's normal situation. It means, server is under repair and will be launched again as soon as possible.

system fail.. it either got hacked or issues within

 

my rank is a legend and not Gefreiter

 

also the way its set up is strange to start with. having to log in with all over again to reload passwords ??

 

also OD is not working on the shift key, you have to reprogram all your settings again.

 

Hate this new system.. also the account rank keeps flipping from legend to Gefreiter

not sure why this was not added to my post above when I had it opened to add, strange..

 

so now went into garage to collect my weekly gifts from regular missions and there not showing up. it took a long time for the garage to open up on paints and other things..

when in battle , then go to garage . after you pick item from garage the arrow back button is not there . but once you click on the battle page it then shows up.

 

along with issues for the general chat room indicator . it tells you your in general 1 then you go to battle and return back to the  chat room it changes to e-sports chat room. but the chat room stays normal only the box where it states the room name changes.

not sure if others are having the same issues .. the lower ranks , when you have a white back ground with there ranks its like its washed out and can't see the rank symbol .. not sure if this has been on going or just starting to happen..( see photo )

 

also missing items to buy in garage , its showing up now as I own all items including all drones , which I only have 7 in stock but there is 15 or more ?? I only can see buying in shop for them..??

new one is loading bar in game is taking a little too long, example loading but can hear the shooting but still loading battle . once getting into it , its only got 5 minutes or less to play. not sure if it was my internet or other issue.

 

sundays issues

 

still loading not working ,, now its every second battle . you click on battle and it takes you too a battle. but your stuck in the loading situation for a long time. you then have to leaving. also seen you have been kicked from battle when your still loading battle.

i spent 5k on a pro pass, i didn't got it i had to rebuy it again so i spent another 5k inorder to activate it, is there any way to get my 5k cry back ? is this a bug because it never happened to me before !

You can try contacting tech support with this form. No promises though. And yes, what you described sounds like a bug.
