For now if you use HTML 5 you can change with flash

I primarily use HTML5, but the garage doesn't work on HTML5 or Flash.

thats odd, are you getting the same error even after the server restart?

btw- i am now able to load my garage.

well, the server was stopped to fix the garage and other bugs, it wasn't the usual server restart.

apart from that, if im not wrong after the migration all the servers are merged, so it should be at the same time, the restart that is.

You guys definitely screw up something for Mac users. Imagine the situation: I am new to TO, going to official website https://tankionline.com/en/, clicking download (downloading Official client). Want to start playing, but battles are not loading for me. Am I going to stick around in the game and donate?

I reported a bug on April 15. Any response?

CONFIG LOAD EXCEPTION

Since yesterday I have been getting this error. This happens when I start a battle after loading screen comes up and few seconds later this error(https://imgur.com/eNFPllm), rarely I can get into battles but in the middle of it another error occurs "Resource batch load exception", If i restart after that 1st error I mentioned occurs.

I have tried changing web browser, clearing cache, both standalone flash and HTML versions. none of these solutions worked. 

Before this problem game worked perfectly, my fps and ping always remain stable. this is very frustrating

Tanki probably won't care about this. But anyway mobile systems mission changing feature isn't working properly again.

 

Also we need a TO Mobile bug reports thread.

There is problem in fire rate upgrade of magnum in the fact it's like in spoiler 1

i counted the reload and it was like spoiler 1

Fix this problem please

P.S the screen shoot is old by the way means i upgraded the gun

The reload time that the larger number, 7.33, is showing you is how long your reload will be if you fired a shot at 0% velocity. The smaller number, 4.33, is showing you how long your reload will be if you fired a shot at 100% velocity. There will be a difference of 3 seconds between the smaller and the larger because the amplification time for Magnum to reach 100% velocity from 0% velocity is 3 seconds. 

 

The parameters shown when you go to micro-upgrade Magnum always shows the "clean reload" parameter, which is the reload when you shot a shot at 100% velocity. In HTML5, the way they show those stats are not wrong, but can be confusing when looked side-by-side with the in-garage parameters.

Magnum's reload mechanic is unique. You have a "clean reload", and you have a ... "dirty reload", if you want to call it that. By default your Magnum, which is Mk2 with 4 upgrades, has a reload of ~7.33. It takes Magnum 3 seconds to amplify to 100% velocity.

If you shoot a shot at 0% velocity, your reload time will be 7.33 seconds.

If you shoot a shot at 50% velocity, your reload will be 5.83 seconds.

i wrote a note that says that my magnum is upgraded so not lvl 4

There's this wierd bug that happens every mabe 2 games I play. so I play 2 games(with no problem) and then, suddenly, either the whole game's canvas cannot show my tank etc. (it turns white, black or grey) and there's this wierd sad face comming up or when I am about to join a game, It sometimes says an error, "cannot read property getExtention of null" and  I have to reload the page again and again for it to work and that takes like half an hour.

and when I click continue in juggurnaut mode, sometimes it puts me in quick battle instead of juggurnaut mode

REFRESH NORMALLY FIXES THESE BUGS FOR MAYBE 2-3 BATTLES and then it happens AGAIN!!??

I am using the latest verion of chrome and using a dell inspiron computer

Dear Devs, when i'm playing shaft and i stay still moving my turret to kill enemies esp on big maps without moving my hull (because i don't want to get noticed), i will get kicked out of the game saying that i was inactive. Only if i move my hull will the game detect that i am active. This problem has been around for a long time. Not sure if anyone else picked up this problem. Previously before MM battles were introduced, this was never a problem.

You shouldn't be sitting in sniping mode for 2 minutes in the first place. If you can't find someone for a long time, change vantage points. And after every sniping shot, move your hull around while you're waiting for the reload.

I have a few bugs that make the Literally impossible to play:

 

being stuck on loading screen while joining a battle causing being kicked due to inactivity.

no idea why or how it happens but basically ever game this happens. I can only get in a game roundabout every 4 hours

but even then I can barely play

player killing me and game not seeing that so get left alive with 0 health and cant take damage or deal damage or self destruct 

once again no idea but its very annoying when there is 5 mins left in the match and I cant do anything about it

There's something wrong with the flash version. It won't load at all. I managed to log on earlier this afternoon but I've had this problem over the past three days now.

On TO Mobile if you buy supplies you can type in how many of  each. But if  your keyboard is open and you press buy, the keyboard stays. This enables to type in any number and buy for the price of another: Say you have typed in "10" for double damage, the price is 500 crystals. now of you keep on typing and add "000" your have 10000 double damage for the price of just 500 crystals. I have come upon this glitch and would A) report it but also b) not get banned for having found and used it once. 

Edit: Turns out it subtracts the right amount. I just lost 100000crystals.

I think you're mistaken. There's plenty to shoot and kill and moving gives away my position. That's the idea of being a sniper ie. staying still. But in the middle of kills, you are kicked out. So i am forced to move my hull every now and then.

If you do not kill in 2 minutes (out of a 7 minutes battle) you are not supporting your team as you should. Player can see you anyway with the hornet OD and the shooting assist. 
That why too many shaft in a team is disastrous.
