Every time i use the tanki client i got the "server connection closed" problem after 20-30 minutes of playing. I've already uninstalled the client, deleted the "local store" folder and re-installed the client, but it didn't work.

I had the same problem this morning, seems to be OK now though.

STRIKER no longer shows the target it is locking in on. The feature worked since the introduction of Striker. As a result players use single shots. It is broken.

why on earth do i keep self destructing whenever i jump on other players, even when without lag i self destruct, everyone seems to be able to do it, y cant i?? i cant even catch a goldbox, jumping on players is possibly the only way to catch gold now, what now?

It's the false triggering of Anti Cheat System which causes this.

So, basically, your issue is that you're unable to refresh the client using F5 key? 

Yes. and reinstalling the client does not do a danged thing except waste our time. At least 40 of my "deaths" have been due to this "lockup" which occasionally requires me to open Program Manager to close the Tanki program -- cannot close the window!

I have a problem. Every single time when gold box is dropped i cant take it for some reasons:

1. I have lagg and gold through me every time when i can take it.

2. I use repair boost with double armor but i die anyway when gold is coming

3. I try to find gold but every time when is dropping i cant find it

4 Every time wwhen this things happen to me i get bad

5. Can you help me with some of this things please?

Catching a gold box requires a bit of luck and skill. It's a challenge even for high-ranked players, so don't get frustrated if you failed to catch the gold box this time - you may do it the next time it falls!

Sorry, this cannot be fixed. Even if you have the world's fastest internet, the player you're playing with might not. Data packets need time to travel between server and your computer. So, even though you see you shot hitting the other player, the server actually registers the shot as missed hence why there is no damage. You can try to time your shots well to avoid this situation but it cannot be eliminated completely.

OK every single time I login into tanki I go to a server and press a battle. I checked but on my right hand side on where the battle is supposed to come up nothing came up. I refreshed, cleaned cache, cleaned flash player cache but nothing changed what do I do? Im using a MacBook OS X

Uhhhh Alterations aren't on sale. It says that they are but I just payed 100k crystals for 2 alterations when I am supposed to get 4 alterations? What do I do??? Fix bug and refund crystals please.

Hi there, im having an issue with the altercation sale. i had 90k crystals ready to go so i ended up buying the altercations for hammer, twins, and shaft (all m1) then i log back on and i only have 23k crystals and the hammer altercation! the rest of them are gone! plz help me! otherwise id like a refund for the gems i paid for

Hey tanki! I am seeing a problem on PRO battles without MU activated.

It seems MU is not activated on battle lobby, but when you enter, it shows that MU is activated on all tank's hulls and turrets.

Please fix this!

Hey tanki! I am seeing a problem on PRO battles without MU activated.

It seems MU is not activated on battle lobby, but when you enter, it shows that MU is activated on all tank's hulls and turrets.

I'm pretty sure that isn't a bug. It is just showing how much they have upgraded that turret or hull. They really aren't on though.

Hello tankers, so today I bought both freeze alterations cause of sale, but I've been experiencing a lot of strange things with "high pressure pump" alteration when I was not dealing damage in various situations. For example:

1. When an enemy is pushing me on the ramp in close range, I see my freeze touching him while shooting but nothing happens. (Not using new freeze alteration cause it's useless, sorry, just bought it cause I wanted to have it and you might buff it)

2. In close range when I'm shooting an enemy to his side and I really see my freeze touching him, nothing happens too.

3. In long range while I'm and the enemy is moving it doesn't matter if I shoot to his side or turret, I'm not dealing damage at all too!

There are a lot of similar situation that are really hard to explain and this bug (or not) is so annoying. I'm playing tanki through downloaded version in your home page. I have 40-50 ping also.

The problem is with lags and players often complain about this problem. Refreshing the page will fix the issues most of the time, but if it doesn't, try cleaning your browser cache or changing your browser.
